The Frantoio delle Grazie accommodation is a pleasant and relaxing alternative for visiting Florence and Tuscany but for staying outside the city itself. Guests can easily reach the city centre (by car, by bicycle or by public transportations) but they can also enjoy Tuscan countryside pleasures as well. The hill of Settignano is the natural frame for this panoramic area protected by Italian Superintendency of Cultural Heritage and Environment. Its natural surroundings are dominated by olive groves, vineyards, cypresses and oak-trees. Nearest shopping centre is far only 1 Km.

The Villa is a traditional Florentine countryside home: its structure goes back to the XVIth Century. The recent restoration has maintained its original aspect and joined the ancient character together with modern amenities. The charming Florentine atmosphere of Il Frantoio delle Grazie is revealed through the use of typical Tuscan materials such as stone, terracotta tiles, beams and wrought iron. The interior decoration and the choice of furniture (ancient and period pieces) are in harmony with the regional taste. Every detail has been studied to let you enjoy a pleasant and elegant welcome. The ancient rural rooms, such as the grindstone for olives and the wine cellar, have retained their historical charm.

The Uva flat is situated on the first floor; it consists of a superior double bedroom, a two beds room, a totally equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. So great! We have even seen deers while waking up early. Near Firenze, even by bus. You can have wine and food at your place. Do not bother to deive around.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Simone (the owner) a message.

If Simone (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
