“Great villa and base for golfers” 8 of us stayed for a week in October and wasn't disappointed. Everything was perfect - easy to get to from the airport, villa layout, accommodation, outside eating, weather (even late October!), a few good golf courses in the area, Moraira town, bars, restaurants, beach ... the list goes on. Everyone of us who went said we would do it again next year. Thanks to our hosts, and will be in touch soon.

“Wow, what a wonderful place for a family holiday.” The villa was everthing and more than we expected with something for all ages of our party of ten ranging from grand parents to grandchildren. The pool area was quite fabulous and recent work meant that the pool could easily be supervised from anywhere in the property. The villa itself was like home from home with all the bits and bobs you have to go out and buy on your first shop. We had expected to tour the area but found we only dragged ourselves away for a few evening meals in Moraira. All in all everyone in our party had a fabulous weeks holiday. P.S. the owners could not have been more helpful and friendly suggesting places to eat and other services in the area.

“Very good” Nice stay in the house. Lots of space and fantastic view north to the javea valley and bay. Very well equipped : good beds and furniture. Owners told us they continue to put everything in a perfect shape and the progress they made: now only minor details remain. Even perfect for the winter months with central + AC heating. Javea remains over the years its character of a family destination: no massification and all necessary services available. The house is in a quiet area, but close to all amenities. We love Javea and this house in particular!

“Wow Fantastic Villa” We travelled with two Mothers, Sister, Husband and Baby and couldn't have wanted for a better Villa. It completely caters for everything with Beach Chairs and Mats, Child Gates, and to top it all a laptop which the men enjoyed using to keep up with their emails. We had fantastic weather, sunny everyday. With a baby and two Seniors we stayed at the villa most of the time and enjoyed the sun beds and relaxtion areas. The villa really does offer plenty of space for everyone to be able to sit and relax if they want to. Karen and Ian who look after the villa and meet you on arrival were alwasy on hand to asssist if you wanted them and with elderly relatives that was very reassuring, although we did try to minimise our questions. We had no problems at all to report. Moraira if you haven't been is a lovely town for restaurants and a walk around in the evening and the beach at Javea is large with plenty of sand. We had a day at Calpe and the sea was like a warm bath. The communication from Claire who owns the villa was second to none and I would have no hesitation in recommedning this villa for a holiday.

“On top of the world” Worlds fail me to describe how wonderful our holiday was staying at Finca Inca, Hal and Ame who own the Villa came out at 2am to guide us to this little piece of paradise after I read the perfect instructions incorrectly (tired with 2 teenage kids) Hal and Ame had huge smiles and a very warm welcome for us all, they had also provided all the essentials at the villa along with very welcome surprise beverages for myself and partner at no extra cost like other villas. The view was breath taking even that early in the morning with all the twinkling lights below us. Our first morning was one of pure delight the amazing pool (quite a lot bigger then other places we have stayed) looked amazing and very inviting, it didn't take our 2 teenage kids long to be screaming and shouting splashing around in it - all of 3 minutes from eyes opening. Myself and husband took at least half an hour of gazing at our astronomical view before we even spoke to each other, We cannot fault this amazing Villa in any way at all,Private electric gates at the front of the lovely long drive, It is ultra clean and fully equipped with everything you could possibly think of washing machine, brand new hob and cooker, iron- ironing board, hair dryer, 2 bathrooms, large homely lounge, 2 bedrooms, big spacious hallway, even just the look of the outside of the Villa was beautiful with massive balcony to spend gorgeous evenings drinking wine and just gazing in wonderment and many nights we used the beautiful barbecue area with another amazing view, and we have to acknowledge the super wifi it has, myself and husband still being able keep updated and in contact with our business's at home if need be and the kids enjoyed FaceTime and streaming at no extra cost. Hal and Ame had provided so many hints and tips from places to visit to local supermarkets and favourited restaurants, throughout our whole 2 week stay we only see Hal and Ame a few times and that was only when we sought them out ourselves, I loved the fact that they were there close by for any emergencies that may crop up I loved also that they encouraged the children right from the beginning to not hold back on their fun and enjoy themselves which they did as nobody overlooked us and we were far enough away from anybody so i didn't have to keep telling them not to shout or scream as they went crazy in the pool on all the inflatables provided or kicked the ball around or even my teenage daughters loud thumping music at times. The location of the villa is outstanding too, high up in the mountain looking down on a gorgeous lively fishing port with lots of delicious restaurants, taverns and boutique type shops, these are just a 10 minute drive away down the scenic mountain route and only a 15 minute drive to the heart of busy Javea with a stream of cocktail bars, restaurants, night clubs and gorgeous sandy beach with so much going on even in October, Our 2 week stay was just perfect spending time together as a family I know they won't want to come away with mum and dad much anymore at 17 and 14 so this holiday was super special to me even though they have both said as long as we come back here they will always come with us. So thank you Hal and Ame for such a wonderful Villa.

“Fabulous Villa in good location in the most appealing and unspoilt town on the Costa Blanca.” Casa Zomer is a fabulous two floor well appointed villa, in a quiet area, located 5 mins drive / 30 mins walk from the idyllic town of Moraira. Comfortably sleeps 8 adults with an additional small bedroom with bunkbeds for 2 children. Floors are reached via outside steps from upstairs terrace so no internal stairs. Both floors are fully equiped so could be used separately. Downstairs gamesroom ideal for family entertainment and in our case great for putting 6 year old grandaughter to bed whilst we remained right outside her room. Free Wi-Fi included and Full Sky TV package a bonus. Pool is heated by Solar panels so unlikely to be warm enough for most people from Autumn to Spring. Supermarket for basics within walking distance of Villa. Excellent selection of shops and restaurants in Moraira. Weather was good during our stay with temperatures in the mid twenties so could sit out comfortably in the evenings. Owner was very accomodating and keen to ensure we fully enjoyed our stay. Would definetly return.
