“Fun in the Sun” We had a 5 night stay at this superb apartment. From start to finish we enjoyed our whole trip. Clean, spacious & plenty of room. Over 3 leveles this suited all of us with a bathroom on each level. Sun terraces were spacious with seating on each one. Swimming pool nice & clean and not over crowded. Always had a sunbed. A short walk away we found plenty of bars and restaurants where we enjoyed every meal we had. The shopping mall was a big bonus as we do like to shop. Golf for the men is highly recommended with top courses all around. A great trip and one we will definitely be repeating.
“Stunning house in a beautiful location” Altea old town is beautiful - set on a hill top, lovely church square and narrow lanes full of boutiques, art galleries, restaurants and bars. It's a short walk down to the beach and there is a very pretty marina and yacht club where you can use the swimming pool.
The house is stunning, exceeded our expectations. The sea view from the balcony off bedroom one is breathtaking and the sunrises are beautiful. The house is well equipped, including beach towels, hairdryer, iron etc. which is great when you are trying to keep luggage to a minimum. The house is spotlessly clean and feels very homely, we were even welcomed with a vase of fresh flowers which was a lovely touch.
Sue is the perfect host and nothing was too much trouble - even offering to get in some shopping for us so we had provisions on our first morning. Sue was always contactable during our stay and was very happy to answer any questions we had about places to visit, public transport etc.
I cannot recommend this property highly enough, we had a perfect break away and will be back soon!
“Super little house in a great location” Just back from 16 Las Marinas in Peñiscola. The house had everything we needed, furnished and equipped to a high standard. It was safe and secure and in a good location with sea views and palm trees! The area was lovely...historic castle and old town, busy bars and quirky shops in the town itself, really nice sandy beaches, the fishing port with a good bar to sit and watch the boats come in and unload their catch and good walks and bike trails in the National Park. Both relaxing with lots to do, really Spanish in character. We have already booked again for next year. Happily recommending it.
