“Highly recommended” This is a delightful holiday home. The owners have equipped it to a very high standard and everything you could want is to hand. The layout of the house is good and there is a lovely seating area in the courtyard to the rear. One of the nicest features of the property though is the lovely (covered) roof terrace which is a perfect place for drinks/eating. The house is set in a lovely development with nice restaurants/bars within walking distance. There are many great places to visit within easy driving distance and you can access excellent beaches very easily. John and Carol, the owners, are extremely helpful and I would have no hesitation in recommending this property.

“Relaxing Villa” We had an amazing two week holiday here early September &.agree with other reviews - the pictures do not give this lovely Villa justice! From entering the gate to see the lovely pool definitely has the wow factor! The Villa is really well appointed, clean & comfortable with so much space. The beds are comfy with the added benefit of an en-suite for the double & a main bathroom with a brilliant shower. The Kitchen has all of the appliances you could wish for & the WiFi works in all inside & outside parts of the Villa! Outside there are 4 places you can sit - if you want shade there is the comfy sofas to the side, for sun the pool, the wee courtyard at the back & the wonderful roof terrace beautifully lit up at night with cute fairy lights and gorgeous views overlooking the La Marquesa golf course during the day. Approximately 10 minute stroll down the road there are a variety of restaurants & bars to choose from - we had our favourites & we are sure you will choose yours! Just one tip if you hire a car definitely park it in the drive by the Villa the .traffic comes down the hill quite fast so we did not risk parking our car outside! Before we went we had a few queries which were promptly answered by Nicole & James we highly recommend this Villa & would love to visit again.

“Exceeded Expectations” We recently stayed at Casa Diaz for a family holiday and were absolutely delighted by the villa. It was extremely clean and tidy, as well as being very spacious, homely, and extremely well equipped. Although the photographs clearly demonstrated that the property was very nice, on arrival we were blown away by it. As well as being beautiful, and having a great position, it had everything you could need.....from a fully equipped kitchen including both china and plastic plates and cups for the kids, to a safe, and blankets and quilts if you need them. The owners also let us know the property was available early on the day we arrived and were always on hand to help with any questions we had. This is a first rate property and I'd have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone.

“The perfect place to relax and keep the kids happy with on site entertainment” After working myself to near exhaustion, my 2 weeks holiday in this lovely Villa, in Calpe was an absolute tonic and really helped me to relax and recharge my batteries, with my 8 year old daughter. The Villa was clean and kitted out with all your home comforts and free wi fi. It has beautiful views of the sea and the rock of Calpe from the balcony, which was a lovely place to sit with a glass of wine in the evenings. My daughter loved the very child friendly swimming pools on site and the free daily childrens activities, as well as days on the very clean golden sandy beaches.. I also loved eating out and would recommend lovely restaurants in the old town of Calpe and fantastic seafood in the harbour. After 2 weeks the Villa was beginning to feel like home and myself and my daughter didn't want to go home. The owners of the villa were amazing and Tracy was at hand to answer any queries we might of had via a text message. In the words of my 8 year old daughter, the Villa and our holiday in Calpe was 'EPIC'. Thank you very much Tracy and Neil. We may have to book with you again next year. Millie and Delilah-Rose.xxx

“What else!” We've been staying in this fabulous house for 1 week in August. Only regret was not to stay more! This house and Moraira are the place to be in Spain. Walking distance to the beach for a morning swim (and associated coffee by the see), afternoons by the pool, evening in the garden & bbq (+summer kitchen by the bbq). We'll be back for sure. This house looks like the one you'd like to own yourself. The house, inside, is just great for 2 families, comfortable and modern. Nothing is missing : kitchen, rooms, bathrooms, beddings... everything is premium quality and nicely equiped. A very nice place for our 3 teenagers too. What else!

“Great villa.” Stayed here for a week with family, including 2 toddlers. Villa has everything you need, the pool bring the star attraction! Great location with plenty eating places and supermarkets nearby. Thanks to Tracey & Ash for the pick up & drop off at the airport, and Ash for driving us to Alicante one evening. Great service. Would definitely recommend a stay at Villa Moria.
