“Fantastic! Get me back here!!!” As a group of 7 young australians travelling to Palm Springs for the first time, we were not sure what to expect. What we got was stunning weather, and house truly befitting for a movie star-like holiday. Not only were andrew and Greg overwhelmingly approachable and accommodating, but the house was Pristine, had magnificent views and was in a great location. We are all still admiring the photos and wishing we were back there... if I am fortunate enough to travel to Palm Springs again, we will most definitely stay here.

“Kona in October” We came to the Big Island for Hawaii Ironman week. Loved the condo it was clean, comfortable and well stocked right down to beach towels, chairs etc. Some distance from bigger shops eg Safeway but taxi service was fast & reliable when required. The location & views were magic. Bruce was extremely helpful, check in and out easy. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

“Fantastic stay at Maui Sands” We were so pleased in every way! The condo was so well stocked with all we might need. Loved the terrific snorkels and masks, the great stash of spices (dried and fresh), towels, soaps, cutlery, any and all cooking utensils, the "Best Of" guides. And your remodel/updating was really nice. So comfortable. We can't thank you enough for opening up your vacation home for us to enjoy. So much so that it's possibly planted the seed of us looking for a place in Maui Sands of our own! Merely a wish at this point. The boys are ready to make it an annual trek. Our nine year old has even offered to save his allowance ($3 a week) to help make it happen. It's the thought that counts. Mahalo many times over!

“We loved this condo” We stayed 34 days in Ryan's condo while we looked for a longterm rental, since we are relocating to Maui. The condo is supplied with simply everything anyone could possibly need or use while on Maui. Since we were working and not on vacation, we did not use the snorkeling gear, the huge beach umbrellas etc. So sad! Actually, I think his kitchen is better equipped than my former kitchen in aZ. Ryan did a very fine job upgrading his rental. A very good use of space. Considering the square footage, we did not feel cramped at all. And the bed!!! We came from a double pillow-topped k-bed, so very comfortable I was sorry to leave it behind. The bed here is wonderful, good support but nicely cushy. Sometimes there is an adjustment getting used to a new bed--not here. I even asked Ryan where he bought it. You will sleep very well. Kihei is an eclectic area--surfers, vactioners, retirees, beach people etc. Very much a "live and let live" attitude. If you are from California, a bit like Venice Beach in the 70's. We would hearily recommend this condo to anyone. Oh, and did I tell you how much storage there is?

“Old Mammoth Charm” My family and I booked a last minute trip to Mammoth. The owner was very easy going and made the last minute rrip quite easy. We only needed two rooms, but the 2 rooms and a loft gave us lots of room to play in, which of course the kids loved. Kitchen had everything we needed. My husband loved the wood burning stove which came with lots of wood and kindling and kept the unit nice and cozy for eveybody. Big screen tvs were a bonus, as well as the game cabinet. It snowed while we were there and the boys loved being able to play just outside the door in the new fallen snow. At first I hesitated because I wanted a ski on/ski off location to make it easier to deal with the kids. However, after staying at the unit, I would do so again. And it is big enough to even invite friends with kids to join us. The drive to any of the lodges is quite short. We drove each day to Main Lodge (the furthest lodge away) and it was not a problem at all.

“July 2012” My family and I had an excellent time during our stay. The accomodations were bright, sunny, clean and comfortable. The pool, hot tub, deck, view, property and coffee fields added up to a peaceful experience. The owners were always accessable yet never intrusive. They are very kind and have great advice for adventures around the island. The little artist town down the road was worth the visit. The coffee and fresh fruit given to us from off of the property was a nice bonus.

“Overall experience was awesome!” Condo was well furnished and had all necessary amenities. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. The only thing that surprised me was that the bed sheets were stained and was kind of a turn off, but other than that everything else was great!
