“Both relaxing and inviting, I can't wait to go back!” This is the kind of place that sticks in the back of your mind and you find yourself wondering how you can fit in a quick trip! I have visited the Harmony Retreat 3 times now. It was super relaxing for a solo getaway and really fun for the kids and I. The huge wraparound porch is a wonderful spot to view the lake and the interior of the house is gorgeous, airy and has everything a traveler would need. Truly can't wait to go back!

“Tapatio condo” The property was as described in the listing. It was clean and well-maintained and ready when we arrived. Manager was helpful and responded quickly to inquiries. The complex itself is neat and well looked after, including the pool areas. Close to shopping, airport and other attractions. We'd recommend this to friends or relatives.

“Great place, spacious, attractively furnished” This unit had been recently redone and is every bit as nice as the pictures show on the website. Absolutely everything was furnished... extra towels, beach towels for the pool, condiments in the kitchen, laundry soap for the full size washer & dryer, great tv setup with surround sound (hdmi inputs let us connect Laptop and watch Packers game from home over the internet), huge walk-in closet, etc. We enjoyed the generous sized pool and hot tub (the ones in the closest to our unit of the 3 in the complex. Steve, the manager, was most helpful in arranging our stay there on short notice when we called on a Sunday needing to have a place to stay the next day. Then later when we found we needed to stay an extra day, he also was helpful in arranging that.

“Fantastic stay at Maui Sands” We were so pleased in every way! The condo was so well stocked with all we might need. Loved the terrific snorkels and masks, the great stash of spices (dried and fresh), towels, soaps, cutlery, any and all cooking utensils, the "Best Of" guides. And your remodel/updating was really nice. So comfortable. We can't thank you enough for opening up your vacation home for us to enjoy. So much so that it's possibly planted the seed of us looking for a place in Maui Sands of our own! Merely a wish at this point. The boys are ready to make it an annual trek. Our nine year old has even offered to save his allowance ($3 a week) to help make it happen. It's the thought that counts. Mahalo many times over!

“We loved this condo” We stayed 34 days in Ryan's condo while we looked for a longterm rental, since we are relocating to Maui. The condo is supplied with simply everything anyone could possibly need or use while on Maui. Since we were working and not on vacation, we did not use the snorkeling gear, the huge beach umbrellas etc. So sad! Actually, I think his kitchen is better equipped than my former kitchen in aZ. Ryan did a very fine job upgrading his rental. A very good use of space. Considering the square footage, we did not feel cramped at all. And the bed!!! We came from a double pillow-topped k-bed, so very comfortable I was sorry to leave it behind. The bed here is wonderful, good support but nicely cushy. Sometimes there is an adjustment getting used to a new bed--not here. I even asked Ryan where he bought it. You will sleep very well. Kihei is an eclectic area--surfers, vactioners, retirees, beach people etc. Very much a "live and let live" attitude. If you are from California, a bit like Venice Beach in the 70's. We would hearily recommend this condo to anyone. Oh, and did I tell you how much storage there is?

“Beautiful Hawaiian Vacation and Gorgeous Home in Central Locatio” We had the time of our lives at your home, Kona Leilani. To start with we were thrilled with the drive to the home; there were lush green landscapes with breataking ocean views. The property itself was easy to find and as we entered we saw an array of gorgeous plants from palms to bromeliads. Once upstair, sitting on the lanai, we are awestruck by the oceanic vistas. We could see 40 miles to sea and 20 miles north with a 180 degree view. The private beach, 2 min. from the house, with crystal clear water and schools of tropical fish. We explored "King's Trail, that ran along the beach which was in the neighborhood. The hike was wonderful; we saw beautiful lava formations and black sand beaches. The home was everything we could ask for. The kitchen is completely stocked with newer appliances. Tv, furnishings and murals really gave us a feel of the Hawaiian. As far as beautiful beaches there are several within 20 minutes of the house, as well as the City of Refuges, coffee and macadamia nut plantations. And only an hour south we went to South Point and the sweet quaint town of Naheluu. (We gorged ourselves on their famous malasadas.) The South Kona area is diverse and filled with countrysides. As guests of Kona Leilani, we got a 20% discounts to the manta ray dive and Hula Kai tour boat (with Fair Winds charters.)It was incredible to see those large manta rays so close in the nighttime water. On our fifth day, we drove north to visit several white sand beaches beneath the Mona Kea Volcano. We were given a list of suggested local restuarants which were 10- 20 min. distances. Captain Cook town was a pleasant stop as well. Thank you, Kona Leilani, for making our Hawaiian vacation one we will never forget. We will look forward to returning as soon as possible!

“Beautiful Bird of Paradise” Beautiful Bird of Paradise! We have just returned from a 2 week holiday in Kauai. We found "Bird of Paradise" by going to vacation home rentals available in Poipu and couldn't have been happier with our choice. The house is beautiful. Well stocked, complete with beach towels, snorkel gear, boogie boards and beach chairs. The laundry room was great for the 8 of us as it is equipped with 2 washers and 2 dryers. The kitchen was well equipped as well, complete with lots of pots and pans, dishes, cutlery and even a waffle iron. (makes excellent waffles :) The bedrooms were cozy, lots of closet space. The suite away from the main house was great! My daughter and grandaughter stayed there and they had there own entrance, frige,microwave and t.v. Nice and private for earlier bedtimes. Ning Gulari was awesome at communicating months before our trip. She always returned e-mails promptly. We were also happy with our security deposit refund. Received it via pay-pal before our bags were unpacked. The home is spacious, clean and is in an excellent neighbourhood. Close to beaches, pool and even a small shopping mall. We treated it like we would our own home and would not hesitate to recommend it anyone. For anyone lucky enough to be heading to Kauai with a larger group this is a great home to stay in. “Hostess with the Mostest!” We just returned from a wonderful, relaxing 12-stay at Kauhale. The apartment had everything we could have possibly needed during our stay, including beach towels, boogie boards, bikes, kayaks, insulated grocery bags, coolers, snorkel gear, etc. Patty and Bob have clearly put tremendous thought and effort into making it such a special place, with every amenity one could imagine. We loved the Hawaiian decor, the lovely bedding, the plush towels, and the fully-equipped kitchen. The deck off the apartment is to die for. The ceiling fans and trade winds kept the apartment cool and comfortable even though it was a warm time of year. Beautiful fresh flower arrangements greeted us upon our arrival along with a delightful gift basket of coffee, fruit, macadamia nuts, Maui potato chips, and more. Patty is a delightful hostess--warm, attentive, and always helpful but never intrusive. We highly recommend this rental and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

“Happy Travellers” We stayed here with our grandchildren and loved the condo, very clean with lovely view of the ocean and sunsets, 40 minutes to Disneyland. Included a lot of extras, laundry facilities, games and beach toys. Owner was attentive to details even calling to ensure everything was okay.

“Conference Home Base” We rented this condo as a halfway point between my conference at the JW Marriott and family living in Sun City West. It turned out to be an excellent location for all of our activities in the Phoenix/ Scottsdale area. The condo was cozy and comfortable for 3 adults but may be a little cramped for 4. The unit was well equipped but I would recommend a little more time between the owners vacating and rental arrivals for a thorough cleaning. The pools were well maintained and the patio of our ground level unit was delightful with its mountain views and cool afternoon shade.Overall we were satisfied with our choice. Kudos to Steve and his crew for excellent service.

“Comfortable stay in great area” The hosts were very friendly and made our stay wonderful. The loft had everything we needed. We vacationed with our two older teenagers and there was enough room for all of us. The area was quiet and relaxing. The loft was well located to visit the Mariposa grove in the southern entrance to Yosemite Park. It was also close to another park entrance.
