“Fantastic relaxing family vacation” We had a terrific time. Fully stocked with everything you will need and then some. The views are amazing, I like that get both an ocean and city view from the balcony. We went with a child so the fact that there was some shade was important. The owner is also a pleasure to deal with. The location is good; you can walk to some restaurants and supermarkets so we didn't have to get a car. But the restaurant selection within walking distance isn't great; you'd likely need a car to take taxis to hit up the hot spot dining places in Miami. Overall, a great experience, would definitely return.

“Beautiful and Rustic Retreat” This is a beautiful place to visit! The house is clean and cozy.The back poarch looks over the river and has a large hot tub. The owners are gracious and accomodating. We loved the raft on the water. It was fun on a warm day. We will deffinately go back and bring some friends!

“Great place for groups of couples” Great place! Only needed 3 BRs, so they locked out two and let us use the rest of the house. Great pool, lots of sitting areas, comfortable beds and pillows. Great location at end of Duval St across from south beach. Rentals next door and around corner. Convenience store 2 doors down (they make great Cuban breakfast sandwiches that are enough to feed 2 people! Around the corner from several 4 & 5 star restaurants. Older home but very well air conditioned. Fully equipped.Would definitely stay there again next time we visit.

“Dream Vacation” We stayed at this lovely condo for 3 weeks last summer with our children and my parents and had a wonderful time. The unit itself is beautiful.It is very obvious that the owners take very good care of it as it is well maintained and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed for all our meals. There is a washer and dryer an iron and ironing board, and lots of extra towels,linens, and pillows.They have a tv in every bedroom and lots of dvds and books for the rare rainy day.The unit is also on the first floor so all the kids had to do was walk out on the lanai , open the gate and they were on the pool deck.All we had to do to get to the beach was walk down the staircase on the deck and we were there.It was the perfect location! Indian Shore is such a fantastic area. The beach is beautiful with white powdery sand and crystal clear water that is like a big bathtub in July and August. It's not uncommon to see dolphins swimming and playing in the water fairly close to the shore. We have even seen the occasional school of stingrays swim past. There are also a lot of things to do in the area.There are restaurants and shops up and down Gulf Blvd.Johns Pass in Madeira Beach has tons of souvenir and specialty shops as well as restaurants. You can rent waverunners or take a cruise along the intercoastal to watch for dolphins.Indian Shores is very close to Tampa, St.Petersburg and Clearwater.It is also less than 2 hours away from Orlando. We even spent a day at Universal while we were there and had other people at the building tell us that they usually plan a quick trip to Disney while they are there. All and all we really enjoyed our vacation and would most definitely return . Beach cottages is a great complex and unit 2103 was fabulous!

“Great location, great house” Six of us stayed here for two weeks. House was spacious enough to not feel crowded. Well supplied kitchen. Great pool and short walk to the beach. Close enough to Daytona, a hour or so to Orlando. Quiet neighborhood. Would stay again without hesitation. We were very pleased with our rental.

“Best find ever!” Could not be happier with our stay at the Cottage! It was the perfect size and had all of the amenities you can imagine. We spent hours every day at the dock overlooking the clear water. We saw iguanas, fish, dolphins, and a LOT of manatees- so cool! The landscaping was beautiful, and we ate out on the patio every night. The kayaks and fishing gear were a great bonus too! Would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in the keys. The location was perfect and the NYE fireworks were awesome! Looking forward to coming back :)
