“Perfect Villa for Perfect family holiday” Recently returned from a fantastic family holiday in Florida in Dec 2012 which was made extremely comfortable due to the facilities and location offered with this villa. The central location meant that you could go in either direction to the parks with them all being easily accessible and yet the villa is situated in a very safe and tranquil community., We have three children aged 17, 15, and 7 the age group can make it difficult to ensure that there is something for everyone however with the space and layout of the villa this made it very easy for everyone to find a space for their own quiet time. Tvs in every room and the Playstation and I pod player were a big bonus. The kids also enjoyed the free use of the resorts facilities, including the tennis court, basketball court, playpark and fishing in the lake. This is a 24/7 gated community so we always felt the kids were very safe. The villa is of a high standard with the fixtures and fittings and everything is provided, from corkscrew through to free wifi and even a wireless printer (great for printing out maps and shopping info). The pool is the highlight of the villa, with its own spa and wonderful view of the lake. We enjoyed use of both the gas and charcoal Bbqs. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops close by with the nearest outlet a mere 10 minutes away (not always good for the wallet!!!) but great fun!!! The information pack provided prior to travel was a great help with the directions to the property clear and precise making the journey after a long flight as easy as possible and with the key code to entry you did not have to go to collect keys or rely on others which was a bonus as our flight was delayed and therefore we did not have to stress about keeping someone waiting. Fabulous villa that we would not hesitate to use again should we visit Orlando again. Thank you it really did feel like a home from home and was very welcoming.

“A Wonderful Home” A nice quiet location on the west side of I-4, but still near everything you need! The home was wonderful and truly spacious. We had three different families, twelve people in all, and more than enough room. Definitely heat the pool in the winter months. A comprehensive guest book is in the house to help with any questions you may have of the house and area. Definitely consider this house if you're planning to stay in the area.

“Great Experience!” We stayed at this property for 10 days in March and would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in staying in this area. This home was very nice, clean, comfortable and convenient to all parks, grocery stores and restaurants. Derek was great to deal with and we were impressed that he made a personal call to us on our first morning to see if all was going well. We contacted the management company for a minor detail and they were very good to deal with as will. We absolutely loved the patio and pool area and not having any houses behind us, only a beautiful view of the lake and fountain. We highly recommend this property and hope to return ourselves someday. Thank you Derek and Julie for sharing your lovely home.

“Awesome Stay - can't wait to go back” I couldn't have asked for a better home to rent during our vacation to Disney. The house was super clean and very spacious. And the location couldn't be beat. It honestly is only about a 5 minute drive to Magic Kingdom. The homeowners sent us inside roads to take to the parks and that helped us beat all the traffic. The best part of renting this home were the homeowners, I have never dealt with such a nice couple. They are extremely responsive, gave us restaurant recommendations and the sweetest people ever. Our trip to Disney was a surprise trip for my sister's birthday and the homeowners left a huge box of chocolates for her. I don't know many people that would do that for strangers. The homeowners also left us snacks, which consisted of milk, bread, cookies, cereal, butter and jam. That was a nice surprise and that it saved us a trip to the grocery store. I can't wait to go back to this house. Another huge plus is that this house is dog friendly and my dog loved it there. The home is very comfortable and the beds are super nice, it made waking up hard ? The master bedroom and bath was quite spacious. In addition, there are multiple places to host family meals with eat-in dining in the kitchen and a small dining room next to the kitchen. We could not believe that there were basically two TV viewing rooms (a large living room and a smaller family room). They came in handy when you have several people staying in the house. Sarah & Ken again thank you very much we had a blast on this visit to Orlando and can't wait to come back to Sleepy Hollow

“True aDK atmosphere & Experience” Our family absolutely enjoyed Thanksgiving week at Camp Hatteras. We arrived after dark with the snow still falling. After our long drive to the Camp, it was especially welcoming to enter the cabin to soothing music and the scent of a balsam candle. It didn't take us long to settle in, light the wood stove and make ourselves right at home. We agree with all the previous reviews of this property, clean, equipped, comfortable and located in the midst of nature. We did venture into the Town of Malone and further north to the casino one night. But, all in all, we were happy to leave "city" behind for a few days. We had much enjoyed family time. The fellows took advantage of canoeing, tracking, hiking and hunting. Extra sledding for Mom and little grandson and plenty of slow cooked feasts. Our stay was everything we expected and more ... topped with outstanding maple syrup produced by hosts, Sheila & Bob. Delicious! We would definitely stay there again and would recommend Camp Hatteras to others.

“Can't wait to go back!” This was our first big family vacation and we absolutely loved everything about it! The house is fabulous, spacious and we'll equipped with the little things one might forget to pack. We really enjoyed the outdoor BBQ pit and had some prettyepicping long battles! We are looking forward to our next vacation.

“Best spot on the lake!” Location- perfect. Quiet, private, beautiful, and the best place for fishing, swimming, hiking, and boating on the lake. House- Rustic, clean, updated and spacious. Rental process- easy. No key to pick up. Owner is responsive, friendly and chock full of information. Don't forget- to bring snorkle equipment. The water is swimming pool clear. Lot's of fish to see. 3 beach areas to enter the water and a great dock and swim platform. Least favorite- leaving.
