“Breathe taking!!!” My husband and i drove all the way from jersey after two very long days, not really knowing what to expect, we arrived February 17, very excited but also nervous, as we put the key in the door and walked into our cottage, we were speechless, my husband was almost in tears, he could not believe how beautiful everything was and we were very impressed. We utilized our porch every day and night, the gulf and the bay were so close on each side of us. We were so impressed that we are inquiring about booking for next year. Tim was wonderful to deal with and answered all my questions.

“Beautiful, comfortable and luxurious cottage near the beach” Really, this cottage was perfect. The decor is tasteful, the space bright, super clean and comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped. There is a lovely deck to sit outside. The neighborhood is quiet and shady. Within walking distance of everything you could want or need, including restaurants, beautiful wine store, shops, beach etc. Lots of really nice touches: so many things included, like really good coffee, beach towels, umbrella and beach chairs, parking passes, plenty of all the basics like paper towels, kleenex, soap, laundry and dish soap. Also good quality linens. But best of all is the owner, who is warm, welcoming and relaxed, right on the property if you need anything, but you won't: she has taken care of everything already.

“Excellent family vacation at 3 Seas Cottages” We just returned from one of the best family vacations we have ever had - we traveled from Colorado to spend a week with our young children in Rehoboth Beach. 3 Seas Cottages are very well appointed, and have considered every comfort. We felt at home! (Which made a huge difference in our experience!) Susan was so kind and thoughtful, and when our plane was severely delayed she offered to go to the store so we had some cereal and milk for the kids upon our middle if the night arrival. I cannot speak highly enough of her - she is truly delightful! The walk to the beach took us maybe 10-12 minutes with children and beach necessities in tow, so it is sure to take most people less time. And since it's only a block or 2 from Rehoboth ave, literally everything we needed (shops, restaurants, activities) was within walking distance. I think we only got in our car once the entire week! We're already planning our return visit next summer to Rehoboth Beach, and 3 Seas Cottages is our first choice of places to stay! We can't wait!!
