“Lovely modern villa, great for families” This villa is an easy 10 minute walk into the centre, possible with a buggy. There are some steps up into the villa itself, although we didn't find these a problem. The villa is clean and comfortable and Nihat comes every day to keep the pool area spotless. We have been to Kalkan many times and would go back to this villa again.

“Lovely villa, overall fantastic place! Highly recommend!” I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Villa Fleurie, I couldnt fault it at all. It is idealy situated in Ovacik which is half way between Fethiye the main town and Olu Deniz the beach resort, which means transport to either by the local dolmus (bus) is easy. The bus stops every few minutes from the main road which is no more than 100 meters away so getting about is very easy, it takes approx 10 mins to get to the beach and 15 to Fethiye. If the local bus is not your thing there is a taxi rank just outside the complex which will take you wherever you want to go and is quicker than the bus! Within walking distance from the villa in Ovacik there are plenty of little shops to get groceries if you want to eat in but also plenty of places to eat out and have a drink. About 15 mins walk from the villa is the village of Hisaronu, this is a lively resort which comes to life at night time. It has lots of bars, clubs, restaurants, entertainment, supermarkets and even a gym! Olu Deniz also has a great night life with yet again plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from, one thing about staying in this area is you will never go hungry or be short of something to do!! During the day there are sunbeds by the pool which was very clean and nice but staying so late in the season (November and December) the maintainance does stop for the winter months which I was aware of so I was only able to use the pool for a limited time but to be honest by mid november the temperature of the waters a little on the low side for me! Things to do - There are lots! Paragliding, surprised I actually did it but well worth it, amazing views! Horse riding, Jeep safari was good fun, and probably good if you have kids. Quad safari, Ovacik Aqua park, not huge but good fun, mud baths, these are sometimes included on other trips like the Jeep safari. Hisaronu market is on Monday and slightly more expensive than Fethiye market that is held on a Tuesday. Olu Deniz beach, Gemiler beach, Calis beach, Kayakoy village, Fethiye town and harbour, Saklikent gorge, Turkish baths, various boat trips that go from Fethiye harbour or Olu Deniz beach you can even get a boat to Rhodes! And there is still loads of stuff I didnt even look at. There a too many nice restaurants to mention but for a special night out with amazing views the sundial in fethiye just did it for me. You need to get a taxi here as its up a very steep hill and buses dont run there but well worth it and you MUST get there for the sunset, dont miss it! I would definately stay here again, the villa is lovely had everything I needed and more, very clean and tidy with lots of space, a very enjoyable stay!

“Excellent villa - everything was great!” I stayed at the villa with my family of various ages from 6 months to 65 years old, and found it brilliant. We used the taxi transfer service which was smooth and trouble free. We were greeted by English representative on our arrival at the villa and found them helpful and pleasant throughout our stay. Everything we required at the villa was there - high hair, kitchen equipment etc, linens. The grandchildren made use of the playstation and games and we enjoyed both the private pool and the communal one with baby splash pool. The villa is very spacious, one of the biggest we have stayed in and there was plenty of room for us all. It was very clean and nicely furnished. The location was great- in a quiet area but not too far to the beachfront and restaurants etc. The mini market opposite the villa was very useful, but we visited the large supermarket to stock up on arrival. We found Calis lovely and were made welcome everywhere. We have just booked this villa again for next year.

“Amazing view and very spacious, clean villa” We stayed at Villa Iris for a week with our 5 months old baby. The owner has been very helpful in giving us information and arranging car rentals etc. The villa itself was very well furnished and very spacious. The infinity swimming pool is also great and has an amazing view (I don't think photos do justice!). The location of the villa is fairly close to the town but it is very hilly so we used our rental car most days. The villa is in a nice neighbourhood and we felt safe the whole time. If we come back to Kalkan, we will definitely be staying at the villa.

“fab apartment ,fab food,fab everything” The apartment was just as it was good as the details said it was from the location down to the size.The transfers were great both ways all sorted out by Sonia,The pool area was also good,clean,quiet,no need to worry about sun beds as there are plenty to go around although it may be to quiet for some,if it is however next doors pool is more lively and the people are lovely.The resort its self offers something for everybody from music bars to great places to eat and all within a five to ten minute walk from this fab apartment but the great thing is you will not here any noise from the town.I would have no hesitation booking this home again.

“This villa has the WOW Factor!!” Just returned from a fabulous stay at Serenity villa I-it is as gorgeous as it looks on all the photos and is truly 5*. Tracy, the owner was fantastic throughout the whole booking process, really kind and helpful-we were a mixed bunch arriving on different dates-Tracy arranged all the transfers for us. Brave tours (the transfer company) were great too-arrived very promptly, nice safe drivers and we were very impressed to be presented with cold water bottles and cold hand towels, as well as a welcome bottle of wine! The villa was big, modern and spotless and the welcome hamper was gratefully received. Billy, the property manager couldn't have been more helpful - providing us with a local mobile/sim card, arranging things for us and lending us a buggy for the youngest member of our party. Mustafa cleaned our pool and brought us fresh bread every day - again, gratefully received. We really enjoyed the walk down the hill to the town where there are so many fabulous traditional restaurants, you could eat at a different one every day of the year! It's hard to name a favourite but the olive tree garden rooftop and lipsos are both worth a visit-would highly recommend the 'lamb on a tile'-delicious! the walk back to the villa was very 'doable' too, and nice to be able to walk the calories off! We all came back much fitter and healthier, although local taxis are readily available. All in all a fantastic holiday - would definitely go back. Managed to take a peek at Serenity II whilst we were there-now that is truly fabulous...

“Fantastic!! You will not be disappointed!” We travelled to Kalkan at the end of September as 2 couples with 2 children under 1 and stayed at the Serenity Villa II. From the moment we made our reservation Tracey was very prompt and helpful to ensure that all of our questions and requests beforehand were dealt with smoothly. We were impressed before we even arrived which made us look forward to our holiday all the more. Our transfer that was arranged by the villa with Brave Tours also went without a hitch. Upon arriving at the villa you are met with a definite wow factor! The villa and its view are breath-taking and throughout our stay we never tired of it. Billy the property manager was there to meet us and was great at settling us in for our holiday and even brought us fresh bread every day! He answered any questions we had and was always only a phone call away, a great touch to receiving a first class service. He also referred us to a taxi driver that looked after us for the duration of our stay and he was a real find, whenever we called he was there in 5 minutes! The villa really cannot disappoint, with its pools, Jacuzzi and hot tubs we felt so relaxed despite having the little ones with us and we never got bored with a gym, childrens pool, and playstation and pool table for the dads too. The town of Kalkan really impressed us and was a beautiful spot. You are really spoilt for choice for restaurants all the way down to the harbour and we were particularly impressed with Kosk and Aubergine. Chilli's was great and café Leon has a great menu for a quick bite. The staff are fantastic with children too and bent over backwards to keep them entertained and/or help us enjoy our evening. There is also a nearby sandy beach which is also definitely worth a visit, the sea is amazing and very inviting! We also visited the local Turkish bath which was a lovely experience. All in all I can thoroughly recommend this villa if you're thinking of booking. The property speaks for itself and the pictures don't do it justice but the little touches really make it special too. We would love to return some time in the future!

“Take Me Back” This apartment blew me and my family away..What a welcome to open the door to such luxury,everything you need and more, I dont believe the photos do it justice. Stunning view from balcony of beautiful kept grounds and pool. Five minute walk to the strip if that. I cannot fault my stay here and wish to go back next year. Excellent

“Fabulous villa, fabulous location.” Just returned from a week at the Villa Madhil; WOW! A wonderful house with fantastic panoramic mountain views. The pool was plenty big enough to fit nine of us in and the games room equipment was excellent and well used. The three pet tortoises in the garden were an added bonus. The pictures do not do this villa justice, with the provision of a large terrace overlooking the pool area and four separate balconies there is plenty of private and communal space. With only a few minutes walk to the local shop 'Saintsburys', a few bars (with wifi) and a bus stop to take you to the bustling towns of Fethiye, Olu-Deniz and Hisaronu the location of this Villa is perfect. Although a short bus journey away Hisaronu is also a ten minute walk from the villa and is great for a meal out as well as a night out, thoroughly recommend the nightclub Revolution. Although when we stayed we were a mixed group of teenagers Villa Madhil is also very accommodating for any large families with children as evident by the kiddies pool, games room and attic bedrooms. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa.

“Fabulous apartment with breathtaking views” Just returned from a wonderful holiday in this fabulous apartment. Our 11th holiday in Kalkan since 2007 and our 6th stay at Eagles Nest - a recommendation in itself. Have tried other places in Kalkan but in our opinion this is the place to stay if you want a totally relaxing holiday with stunning views over Kalkan which are quite simply breathtaking. Nothing better than sitting on the terrace with a sundowner enjoying some glorious sunsets and gazing at the twinkling lights of Kalkan town by night - perfect! The apartment itself is absolutely huge, very comfortable and beautifully furnished with some lovely finishing touches including local pieces. There is loads of storage space and it is equipped to the highest standard. The owners were very helpful and provided all the information and tips we required for our stay. They have also put together an excellent guest manual in the apartment and should be very proud of their achievements ensuring that guests have the best possible holiday. A highly recommended apartment to which we would return without hesitation in the future.

“Amazing!” Just returned from a two week stay. Exceeded our expectations beyond belief! We had the pool to ourself for our first week which was pure luxury! So close to the hustle & bustle, however the location was so peaceful! This is a home from home, had ever creature comfort! We could have cheerfully stayed for a month! The owner & their representative in Turkey could not have been more helpful and informative and we thank you very much for making our stay truly awesome!

“The Best Yet” Excellent apartment...quiet location .. spectacular views.. beautiful swimming pools...whole complex well maintained... going to Turkey for past 15 years , stayed in many apartments...put this one at top of the list!
