“This villa has the WOW Factor!!” Just returned from a fabulous stay at Serenity villa I-it is as gorgeous as it looks on all the photos and is truly 5*. Tracy, the owner was fantastic throughout the whole booking process, really kind and helpful-we were a mixed bunch arriving on different dates-Tracy arranged all the transfers for us. Brave tours (the transfer company) were great too-arrived very promptly, nice safe drivers and we were very impressed to be presented with cold water bottles and cold hand towels, as well as a welcome bottle of wine! The villa was big, modern and spotless and the welcome hamper was gratefully received. Billy, the property manager couldn't have been more helpful - providing us with a local mobile/sim card, arranging things for us and lending us a buggy for the youngest member of our party. Mustafa cleaned our pool and brought us fresh bread every day - again, gratefully received. We really enjoyed the walk down the hill to the town where there are so many fabulous traditional restaurants, you could eat at a different one every day of the year! It's hard to name a favourite but the olive tree garden rooftop and lipsos are both worth a visit-would highly recommend the 'lamb on a tile'-delicious! the walk back to the villa was very 'doable' too, and nice to be able to walk the calories off! We all came back much fitter and healthier, although local taxis are readily available. All in all a fantastic holiday - would definitely go back. Managed to take a peek at Serenity II whilst we were there-now that is truly fabulous...

“Five Star Villa” We stayed at Villa Limon earlier this month and it was an amazing experience to stay there. The quality of the villa is of high standard. The views over the bay are beautiful - especially the town of Kalkan & harbour. Sunbeds, chairs and crockery are well kept & maintained. We enjoyed doing BBQ on the terrace most days (as provided by the villa) with the beautiful seaview & night view of the town. The weather was sunny, hot mid 20's and we had several excursions including boat trips, visiting historical sites, saklikent gorge etc. Enough of information and advice was provided by the owner & above all Wi-Fi was available (may need booster for the Wi-Fi signals as they get weaker indoors). Staff was courteous. Highly recommended by all of us.

“Outstanding accommodation at Oludeniz Heights” Thank you for a great time at your beautiful villa. The accommodation worked very well, both initially for our party of 9 and later when we were just a family of 5. The kitchen was very well stocked with ample plates and cutlery. Regular cleaning visits from the ORKA group made sure we were regularly replenished with fresh towels and the villa itself was kept spic & span. Daily pool maintenance was unobtrusive and made sure the pool was in excellent condition. We all made really good use of the pool. A top notch villa in a great location. We enjoyed our visits to Fetiye market, Olundeniz town and seafront. We would recommend a boat trip (idyllic day - we booked through Tiny Tours). Our families hired a private boat for the day at a very reasonable rate and were able to swim with giant turtles. See clip attached. We also particularly enjoyed dinner at the Sundial restaurant where there are beautiful views and delicious food. A splendid holiday destination.

“Fantastic!! You will not be disappointed!” We travelled to Kalkan at the end of September as 2 couples with 2 children under 1 and stayed at the Serenity Villa II. From the moment we made our reservation Tracey was very prompt and helpful to ensure that all of our questions and requests beforehand were dealt with smoothly. We were impressed before we even arrived which made us look forward to our holiday all the more. Our transfer that was arranged by the villa with Brave Tours also went without a hitch. Upon arriving at the villa you are met with a definite wow factor! The villa and its view are breath-taking and throughout our stay we never tired of it. Billy the property manager was there to meet us and was great at settling us in for our holiday and even brought us fresh bread every day! He answered any questions we had and was always only a phone call away, a great touch to receiving a first class service. He also referred us to a taxi driver that looked after us for the duration of our stay and he was a real find, whenever we called he was there in 5 minutes! The villa really cannot disappoint, with its pools, Jacuzzi and hot tubs we felt so relaxed despite having the little ones with us and we never got bored with a gym, childrens pool, and playstation and pool table for the dads too. The town of Kalkan really impressed us and was a beautiful spot. You are really spoilt for choice for restaurants all the way down to the harbour and we were particularly impressed with Kosk and Aubergine. Chilli's was great and café Leon has a great menu for a quick bite. The staff are fantastic with children too and bent over backwards to keep them entertained and/or help us enjoy our evening. There is also a nearby sandy beach which is also definitely worth a visit, the sea is amazing and very inviting! We also visited the local Turkish bath which was a lovely experience. All in all I can thoroughly recommend this villa if you're thinking of booking. The property speaks for itself and the pictures don't do it justice but the little touches really make it special too. We would love to return some time in the future!

“Amazing villa in a special town” You’re spoilt for choice in Kalkan when it comes to villas and we’ve stayed in a number of fantastic places on our trips to this special town. Sea Breeze may just be the best we’ve found. There are a number of factors that make it so. Interior - The most comfortable and well appointed villa we’ve stayed in. The finish is that of a well loved home and no expense has been spared on getting everything just right. The owners seem to have thought of everything practical and added a number of luxuries. The kitchen in particular is extremely well stocked and the view from the main work surface makes a bit of self catering a real pleasure. The 2 upper floor bedrooms are light and airy with spectacular views out over the sea. The beds are comfortably firm and fitted with high quality linen. Exterior - Apple TV and a large comfortable sofa provide a perfect option if you’re unlucky with the weather but most of our time was spent taking in the spectacular views from the villa’s wonderful outside spaces. The two bedroom balconies provide a great viewing platform, the second of the two giving some early shade. The pool area stays sunny throughout the day and there is a variety of seating and dining furniture. Downstairs, the shaded games area is perfect for a break from the sun and there’s a handy bar with a fridge and sink. Location - High enough to take advantage of the spectacular views but not so far that a 20 minute stroll into town isn’t too much of a strain. The uphill walk back might prove a little too much for many given the heat and inevitable full stomachs so a regular taxi at around 15 lira is something to factor into your budget. As a relatively new villa, Sea Breeze isn’t well known amongst the local taxi drivers so we found directing to the older neighbouring Villa Yunus saved any confusion. A small mini market has just opened a hundred yards from the villa which is extremely convenient and not badly priced. Service - The villa management team do a great job. We had bread delivered daily and the villa is cleaned every day at the time you specify. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the brilliant Ramazan even helped resolve a small dispute we had with a taxi driver. The villa owners have also been extremely helpful leading up to our trip, with quick and friendly responses to all our questions. Our transfers were pre-arranged and the hour and a half journeys were comfortable and punctual. Staying in the Villa Sea Breeze helped enhance a fantastic family holiday immeasurably. A lot of thought has gone into the customer experience and there was no stress involved at any stage from initial booking through to a sad farewell. We’ll certainly be back and thank the owners and the management team for their care and hard work.

“Fabulous holiday at villa Botanika” Have just returned from a fabulous holiday at Villa Botanika. The villa was very spacious for our party of 8 and would have comfortably accommodated a larger group. The bedrooms were all large with very efficient air conditioning units in each .There was plenty of bathrooms and showers however more than a couple of people could not run showers at the same time or there would be less water. There were plenty of sunloungers around the pool and a choice of being in the sun or the shade. The pool was slightly bigger than we had thought from the photographs and very enjoyable for a refreshing dip. The villa is in a good location about a 15/20 minute walk from the centre /beach of Turunc with views to the sea at the front and the pine covered hills behind. There are plenty of restaurants in Turunc and the food was excellent in them all. We stayed in one night and had two lovely cassaroles in earthenware pots delivered to the villa from the local supermarket with some rice and salad followed by lovely chocolate pancakes for dessert. Alpina travel were most helpful and always on hand if there was any problems and would organise trips etc. We booked a boat trip for the day and had a fun , lazy time sailing to littlle coves ,snorkling in the crystal clear water and having a barbeque lunch on board . Would recommend villa Botanika and Turunc for a relaxing and quiet holiday in a friendly resort

“A beautiful villa in a perfect location” We were in a party of eight, two families with four teenagers. Kulenin Evi was perfect for us, very spacious, great facilities and we loved the top floor roof terrace with BBQ and dining area. The garden was impressive, lots of room around the pool which was a good size with the added bonus of the jacuzzi!! The cleanliness was exceptional and the villa was cleaned, beds changed etc twice during our stay. We found the quiet location perfect and we were able to walk down into Kalkan along the beautiful cobbled streets in five minutes, so we did not require a hire car. Overall,an exceptional villa, in the perfect location, in the magical place called Kalkan!!
