“Amazing view and very spacious, clean villa” We stayed at Villa Iris for a week with our 5 months old baby. The owner has been very helpful in giving us information and arranging car rentals etc. The villa itself was very well furnished and very spacious. The infinity swimming pool is also great and has an amazing view (I don't think photos do justice!). The location of the villa is fairly close to the town but it is very hilly so we used our rental car most days. The villa is in a nice neighbourhood and we felt safe the whole time. If we come back to Kalkan, we will definitely be staying at the villa.

“Cant think of a better place to stay in Kalkan” We have just returned from 4 weeks at the Aquarius, have stayed in Kalkan many times before, but this was our first stay in this penthouse. We had a super holiday and the location was excellent - an easy walk into town but far enough to be quiet, and very close to the best supermarket in town. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Best features: the great terraces all round the apartment (including a daybed) and the swimming pool(s) and great views. All in all, excellent value for money and we will definitely choose to stay here when we next come to Kalkan.

“Lovely villa, overall fantastic place! Highly recommend!” I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Villa Fleurie, I couldnt fault it at all. It is idealy situated in Ovacik which is half way between Fethiye the main town and Olu Deniz the beach resort, which means transport to either by the local dolmus (bus) is easy. The bus stops every few minutes from the main road which is no more than 100 meters away so getting about is very easy, it takes approx 10 mins to get to the beach and 15 to Fethiye. If the local bus is not your thing there is a taxi rank just outside the complex which will take you wherever you want to go and is quicker than the bus! Within walking distance from the villa in Ovacik there are plenty of little shops to get groceries if you want to eat in but also plenty of places to eat out and have a drink. About 15 mins walk from the villa is the village of Hisaronu, this is a lively resort which comes to life at night time. It has lots of bars, clubs, restaurants, entertainment, supermarkets and even a gym! Olu Deniz also has a great night life with yet again plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from, one thing about staying in this area is you will never go hungry or be short of something to do!! During the day there are sunbeds by the pool which was very clean and nice but staying so late in the season (November and December) the maintainance does stop for the winter months which I was aware of so I was only able to use the pool for a limited time but to be honest by mid november the temperature of the waters a little on the low side for me! Things to do - There are lots! Paragliding, surprised I actually did it but well worth it, amazing views! Horse riding, Jeep safari was good fun, and probably good if you have kids. Quad safari, Ovacik Aqua park, not huge but good fun, mud baths, these are sometimes included on other trips like the Jeep safari. Hisaronu market is on Monday and slightly more expensive than Fethiye market that is held on a Tuesday. Olu Deniz beach, Gemiler beach, Calis beach, Kayakoy village, Fethiye town and harbour, Saklikent gorge, Turkish baths, various boat trips that go from Fethiye harbour or Olu Deniz beach you can even get a boat to Rhodes! And there is still loads of stuff I didnt even look at. There a too many nice restaurants to mention but for a special night out with amazing views the sundial in fethiye just did it for me. You need to get a taxi here as its up a very steep hill and buses dont run there but well worth it and you MUST get there for the sunset, dont miss it! I would definately stay here again, the villa is lovely had everything I needed and more, very clean and tidy with lots of space, a very enjoyable stay!

“Five Star Villa” We stayed at Villa Limon earlier this month and it was an amazing experience to stay there. The quality of the villa is of high standard. The views over the bay are beautiful - especially the town of Kalkan & harbour. Sunbeds, chairs and crockery are well kept & maintained. We enjoyed doing BBQ on the terrace most days (as provided by the villa) with the beautiful seaview & night view of the town. The weather was sunny, hot mid 20's and we had several excursions including boat trips, visiting historical sites, saklikent gorge etc. Enough of information and advice was provided by the owner & above all Wi-Fi was available (may need booster for the Wi-Fi signals as they get weaker indoors). Staff was courteous. Highly recommended by all of us.

“Loved it” We stayed for 10 days in June. Great apartment. Swimming pool is lovely and great temperature. Location to Chalis beach is perfect with only a few minute stroll to bars etc. Chalis beach is a lovely location with a number of really nice bars and restaurants. Location is very safe for young children with the swimming pool having a childs section. Enjoyed it so much we are going back again this year!!

“fab apartment ,fab food,fab everything” The apartment was just as it was good as the details said it was from the location down to the size.The transfers were great both ways all sorted out by Sonia,The pool area was also good,clean,quiet,no need to worry about sun beds as there are plenty to go around although it may be to quiet for some,if it is however next doors pool is more lively and the people are lovely.The resort its self offers something for everybody from music bars to great places to eat and all within a five to ten minute walk from this fab apartment but the great thing is you will not here any noise from the town.I would have no hesitation booking this home again.

“Fantastic!! You will not be disappointed!” We travelled to Kalkan at the end of September as 2 couples with 2 children under 1 and stayed at the Serenity Villa II. From the moment we made our reservation Tracey was very prompt and helpful to ensure that all of our questions and requests beforehand were dealt with smoothly. We were impressed before we even arrived which made us look forward to our holiday all the more. Our transfer that was arranged by the villa with Brave Tours also went without a hitch. Upon arriving at the villa you are met with a definite wow factor! The villa and its view are breath-taking and throughout our stay we never tired of it. Billy the property manager was there to meet us and was great at settling us in for our holiday and even brought us fresh bread every day! He answered any questions we had and was always only a phone call away, a great touch to receiving a first class service. He also referred us to a taxi driver that looked after us for the duration of our stay and he was a real find, whenever we called he was there in 5 minutes! The villa really cannot disappoint, with its pools, Jacuzzi and hot tubs we felt so relaxed despite having the little ones with us and we never got bored with a gym, childrens pool, and playstation and pool table for the dads too. The town of Kalkan really impressed us and was a beautiful spot. You are really spoilt for choice for restaurants all the way down to the harbour and we were particularly impressed with Kosk and Aubergine. Chilli's was great and café Leon has a great menu for a quick bite. The staff are fantastic with children too and bent over backwards to keep them entertained and/or help us enjoy our evening. There is also a nearby sandy beach which is also definitely worth a visit, the sea is amazing and very inviting! We also visited the local Turkish bath which was a lovely experience. All in all I can thoroughly recommend this villa if you're thinking of booking. The property speaks for itself and the pictures don't do it justice but the little touches really make it special too. We would love to return some time in the future!

“Manzarali apartment - wow what a great view” We stayed at the Manzaralli apartment from 10th June 2013 for 2 weeks and it was amazing. The apartment is beautiful but the view can only be described as breathtaking. From the moment we arrived we knew that we had made the right choice. The walk into the town is fine but very steep on the way back (Taxi’s are a great idea). I can recommend the Bodega ? Fish restaurant in the mountains, the trout is gorgeous as are the views. The road to get there is a bit hairy in place but worth the drive. The town is lovely with loads of bars & restaurants ( and plenty of shops!!), we enjoyed the Nar‘s Rooftop Restaurant for a special steak and the Bougonville for really traditional Turkish food. We were lucky to have a BBQ on our terrace so we also enjoyed sitting watching the sunset with a simple BBQ, salad and a chilled glass of wine especially after a long hot day out on the boat. If you like to go out to sea I can definitely recommend Captain’s Osman & his Brother Adem (Yildiz 2 & 3) who are brilliant as are their wives who provide fantastic food. We also went on a trip with Ramazan (the next boat along in the harbour) which was also really good. There are many choices of beach clubs but we found that the Palm Beach club, close to the apartment was great, easy to walk down to but a challenge to get back up the hill. We used to take advantage of the free water taxi across to the harbour, do a little shopping, have a drink (of course) and stroll back at a leisurely pace!!. All in all we had a really great time and would recommend it to anyone who hasn’t got restricted mobility

“First Visit to Kalkan But Not The Last.” Just returned home from a two week stay at this stunning Villa spacious rooms tastefully decorated with lovely finishing touches both inside and out,everything you could possibly want was supplied.Drinking our coffee while watching the sunrise over the beautiful Kalama Bay (fantastic views )alfresco dining supplied by Vita restaurant when you fancied a lazy evening in after an even lazier day spent by the pool relaxing under the shade of the olive tree (ha bliss)what more could you wish for,so many great restaurants to choose from near by and a short taxi trip away at a reasonable price you also have the village and harbour restaurants along with a variety of shops.Howard the owner supplied us with all information we needed and was only a phone call away a very pleasant person to talk to and nothing was to much trouble,the Turkish family who look after the Villa tending garden pool etc where very pleasant Onur the son was very helpful if you needed anything doing or fetching he was always obliging a very nice young man.

“Peaceful, Beautiful and Exhilarating.” The No.1 Komurluk apartment is the place you want to stay if you're in Kalkan with an amazing view of the town from the patio to the common pool everything is just spot on. Peaceful envoirment, Friendly staff and everything you need for a perfect holiday. The town is just a 10 minute walk away with everything in walking distance. A beautiful apartment with everything you need.

“Fantastic!” we have just returned from a 2 week stay and had an amazing time, the villa is perfect. Spent everyday around the pool which is a great size and felt totally chilled by the end. The pool and villa were cleaned nearly everyday and nothing was too much trouble for anyone. We used the facilities at the orka hotel a few times which were an added bonus that you don't normally get in a villa, they even pick you up in a minibus if its too hot for the 5 minute walk! If your looking for a villa in turkey then this is the one!
