“Excellent” This is my Second year I have stayed in this Appartment, after staying for 10days with my sister, who has never been to Tenerife .the Appartment is so Cosy and comfortable everything you need is on your doorstep There has been a new fitted kitchen put in and it’s a god send since you don’t have to carry water bottles as there is now a tap with drinking water ,Julie makes your holiday worthwhile, I’m already booked for 2019 . “Relaxing Stress-Free Holiday” The apartment was modern and comfortable. I went with my 17 year old son and there was plenty for us both to do. Very close to the beach and the pool area so it was ideal for us. There were 2 negatives:- 1. there was no sea view from the balcony as a neighbours garden was overgrown. We rarely used th balcony so it dod not affect our enjoyment. 2. The property is advertised as having A/C, but in fact this is an extra that you have to pay for - IT IS NOT INCLUDED. This should be stated in the advert - we ended up just coping with the heat as I objected to having to pay extra for something which looked as though it was included in the price.

“We enjoyed this place very much.” Nice place for staying. Very comfortable and tidy. Closest place to the ocean you can find. Nice balcony view. Quite and in the same manner close to different attraction places.

“Wonderfull apartments, beatiful residence” Dear Zivile, thank you very much for our lovely journey in Tenerife. The Apartment was really really lovely and it is worth more than anyone can expect from just the picture...it is very very beatifull. The Tenerife Royal Garden is a very quiet and beatiful residence, very safe in the night with a guardian. No noise at all (except the lounge sound of the ocean right in front of the balcony) and absolutely very clean. The sea is just a few steps away from the front door and for anyone lazy like us, the swimming pool do the rest for any sunny time. All the shops are around the residence. Highly raccomended. We will come back for sure next year.

“Spotlessly clean in lovely quiet position” Two of us stayed in this ground floor apartment for a week in February during poor weather but the apartment was spotlessly clean and clearly had been recently refurbished. Everything seemed to be new. A lovely terrace gets sun in the afternoon and evening and overlooks the pool but is still quite private because of the layout of walls and trees. Inside the 2 bedrooms are not large, but perfectly adequate, and the 2 bathrooms ( 1 en-suite) are nicely presented. For 2 people there is lots of space of course and 4 would be fine. The fact that there are only double beds may prove problematic for some families or other group dynamics. The natural light for the second bedroom is borrowed light via glass tiles to the living/kitchen area. The air conditioning and ceiling fans would be a big plus in hot weather and an integral safe in one bedroom is a thoughtful touch. TVs in each room. The decor looked a bit overpowering in the photos but it's fine when you're there. The complex was very well looked after and attractive. One communal terrace has sea views and we noticed a pool attendant when the sun came out. The pool is not heated but cleaned each morning. Usual towels on sunbeds all day ( why don't places ban this!). Beaches are only 50 metres away from the front door. Arrival and departure arrangements were both smooth as the owner lives on the complex, which could be handy if there are any problems.
