“It's a lovely place to stay!” Beautiful surrounding, facilities are very good, good place for children (the swimmingpool isn't close to the house). We had a lot of cloudy weather because the house is locates in a higher place. When we drive to Santa Cruz the wether was good!

“Truly A Wonderful Place!” Jeremy was so helpful, before our stay, upon arrival and during - a very congenial host. 10 of us (4 adults, 6 children aged 2 - 10yrs) had a fantastic time in his wonderfully spacious 1930s villa sited in its own grounds in a peaceful location with stunning views, made all the more interesting by the bookcases full of old books - one of the ten year olds is now an avid Agatha Christie reader! The kitchen is large and well equipped, the soft beds are the comfiest we've ever slept in and the daily bread roll delivery was much appreciated. Hiring a car is a must to get the most out of the island and to get to the supermarket. The pool was still a bit too chilly for the grown ups (it was early April) but the children didn't seem to mind! It was a great place for them to explore with a freedom that's hard to give in London, so a big 'tick' from them and there are a few friendly places to eat quite nearby which was handy. You must try barbeque chicken which comes on a huge skewer - delicious! We thoroughly recommend this beautiful place to relax and step back in time a little which is complete with all the mod-cons we can't do without (dishwasher, washing machine, enormous fridge, etc.). We wish you every success Jeremy and we'll be back.
