A palatial indoor open-air pool offers maximum privacy with the added advantage of a retractable canopy for full shade. The property is set in immaculate, landscaped tropical gardens within a private gated community, not accessible by the public. It is located just minutes from the prestigious Royal Westmoreland Golf Club, Sugar Hill Estate and Apes Hill Polo Club and is within easy reach of the West Coast beaches, luxury shopping, fine dining and nightlife. With its stylish interiors and thoughtful touches, this beautiful Barbados home takes Caribbean villa living to the next level.

Windfall sleeps ten, with three king-sized beds, one queen room and one twin, all with en-suite bathrooms, fully air-conditioned, ceiling fans, safes, Bluetooth speakers and hairdryers.

The expansive pool deck is ideal for entertaining, blending seamlessly into the main living area and bar. There are two main dining areas in addition to a charming gazebo that seats ten and a smaller kitchen breakfast bar, ideal for younger children. There is an upper-level cocktail lounge with views over the ocean, ideal for watching the magnificent Caribbean sunsets. There is also a large media room with flat screen tv, books and board games, carefully selected for after dinner family time and various quiet corners throughout the property for reading and naps. It is ideally suited to family life as the pool can be seen from the main living area and the kitchen.

The staff are warm and welcoming and unobtrusive and will do everything to ensure that you have the perfect holiday. Most Barbadian villas are booked year-to-year, this newly listed gem is not to be missed.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Ellen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
