The location is just superb - as soon as you arrive, throw open the front doors and go onto the balcony, I can forget everything else.
There is always something to watch in Grand Harbour - from superyachts and super-sized cruise ships to rowing boats and the local luzzu. Even a dolphin or two if you are lucky!
What makes this apartment unique?
The view and the location and the access to such a wide variety of places to eat and drink just on the doorstep !
In the summer, you can go swimming in the sea just outside the apartment or crossing the creek and making your way round to the sandy bay at Rinella.
The apartment not only has stunning views of Grand Harbour but is also just a short stroll away from the Grand Harbour Marina with its ocean-going super yachts, restaurants, wine bars, casino and the Maritime Museum; the 12th Century Fort St Angelo; and Birgu, the home city of the Knights of St John from 1530.
A stroll of five to seven minutes takes you into the historic city of Vittoriosa (Birgu), where there are local provisions shops, and a bakery which is a living museum of a kind. A similar stroll along the marina waterfront delivers you to a parade of wonderful restaurants open for both lunch and dinner. Diving is a possibility and can be arranged with local diving teachers. Local boats can transport you to Sliema and to Valletta, or alternatively the buses are close by.

As a fully equipped, three bedroom residence, the apartment offers a high standard of contemporary, stylish accommodation for holidaymakers seeking a quiet, relaxing holiday on the doorstep of one of Malta's oldest, most beautiful and historic cities.
There is a large, open plan kitchen, dining area and sitting room that opens out onto a sea-facing Maltese stone balcony with table and chairs perfect for relaxing in the evening with a glass of prosecco.
The large master bedroom with 6ft bed has an en suite shower room and toilet.
The second bedroom has single bed and shares a large family bathroom with the third bedroom which has a further twin beds and a door to the internal courtyard. All bedrooms have full automatic air-conditioning available (as an extra option)

ARRIVAL/CHECK IN
Mayfair court is managed and hosted on behalf of the owner by David at Compass Property Management
David will arrange your checkin with one of his hosts who will greet you upon arrival at the apartment and show you round.
Check in is between 2pm and 6pm.
OUT OF HOURS/LATE CHECK IN
Kindly note that since this service are not offered directly by the owner, check in outside of normal working hours (9am - 6pm) or on a Sunday will incur an additional charge of £40.00 to cover the administrative cost. Please advise us of your flight details and if you will be arriving after 6pm or on Sunday.
TRANSFERS
We can organise transfers from Malta Luqa Airport directly to the apartment.
We use Ecabs Malta who are the best taxi company - just let us know in advance and we will send you the details of costs based on your requirement.
Alternatively if you are driving we will send you Google Sat Nav directions that you can enter into your phone and will take you straight to the apartment

DEPARTURE/CHECK OUT
Check out is at 11am on day of departure
Late check out requests (up to 4pm) will be considered but need to be requested at time of booking and will be subject to availability. There will be a £30 fee to cover later cleaning working hours.
ADDITIONAL INFO
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A £500 Damage Deposit will be held by Tripadvisor in advance of your stay.
This will be refunded once your booking is complete and no damage is reported/verified once David checks the apartment upon your check out.
AIR CONDITIONING/HEATING
Unfortunately due to the high cost of electricity in Malta we have to charge for use of the AC and heating (also provided by AC units)
We do not include this in our basic accommodation cost as some guest would prefer not to use or pay for it.
We do recommend to guests that the AC is taken as an option during Summer (April-Oct) because it can hot and humid.
AC usage is charged at a rate of £5 per day.
Heating is recommended during the colder months (November - March). Again this is charged at £5 per day.
Please advise in advance if you need this for your stay so we can connect it.
CLEANING
There is a cleaning charge of £40 per booking.
A mid stay clean of the whole apartment can be arranged during your stay for an additional charge (see optional extras).
LINEN
Bed linen and towels are provided on arrival.
Additional bedlinen or towel changes can be arranged during your stay if required for a additional charge (see optional extras)
PARKING
There is ample free parking on the surrounding streets.
