If you're looking for a house where you can relax, come to us! We offer you small secluded house in Vinisce. Every morning when you wake up you'll hear birds chirping. It makes you feel like you're in heaven!

The holiday house is in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, in small village called Vinisce.

The holiday house is on the ground floor and consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living area invites you to enjoy cosy TV evenings with its large corner sofa (which can be used as a sofa bed) and a TV, while the dining area with a dining table and a kitchen unit allows you to enjoy meals together. The fully-equipped kitchen unit includes a gas stove, oven, microwave and coffie maker. The bedrooms have double beds measuring 180 x 210cm . One of the bathrooms provide a shower and hairdryer, and the other one is used like a toalet. The house is also equipped with air conditioning and wireless Internet access.

You can enjoy leisurely breakfasts of sociable grill evenings on the 15m² terrace, which provides a roofed and furnished area right in front of the a grill. The pool area adjoins the terrace directly and you can cool off in the water and relax on the deckchairs provided. In front of the pool there are also garden furnished area with table and chairs where you can enjoy evenings right with the beautiful pool view. Privacy is guaranteed: the whole outdoor area is for your own exclusive use. Three car parking spaces are available on site.

About a kilometre from the property there is a large supermarket, in the centre, and small grocery shop. An agriturismo about three kilometres away offers local specialities. It is 18km to the well-known and historically interesting town of Trogir. There are sandy beaches in Vinisce. The surroundings are suitable for trips to picturesque, historical places such as Sibenik and Split which are within a 45-kilometre radius. Split airport is 18km away.

    Amazing villa with pool

    Location is perfect for those who are looking for relaxation. No noise of city and cars. Pool is perfect,we've enjoyed every day in it. Owners are very kind and helpful. We would come back again!
