The Villa is located in Verdizela, a residential and leisure area in a pine forest; 5 minutes from the best beaches, beside the Aroeira golf resort; An ideal place to enjoy nature and long walks, far enough away from the hustle but only 20 minutes from Lisbon, with all their culture, experiences and entertainment.

A private villa, elegant and refined, built in the traditional Portuguese style. It has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room and dining area with fireplace, armchairs, sofas, TV, Hi-Fi, big screen projection films, overlooking the garden and pool; The exotic wood and natural stone stand out in the decoration.

The pool is set in a large garden and is surrounded by a deck / outdoor patio with lounge chairs, bar, tables and chairs where you can relax or take their appetizers before meals.

It offers various games and amusements: Bicycles, table football, ping pong table and large screen.

It has a barbecue and dining area outside.

Due to its magnificent sun exposure, allows you to enjoy pleasant and relaxing meals outside after a day at the beach or after a golf game.

The Villa has 1 private area with spa room reserved for spa treatments, facial and body treatments, massages, that can be ordered by guests. The owners of the Villa are owners of a beauty clinic and Dental Spa in Lisbon and there are treatment packages available, specially created for guests.

Large windows around the living room and every room to allow natural light to illuminate the interior of the residence.

The villa has a large garden, swimming pool 10m x 4m, barbecue and dining area outside.

It has a deck / patio with lounge chairs, bar, tables and chairs where you can relax or take their appetizers before meals.

Due to its magnificent sun exposure, allows you to enjoy pleasant and relaxing meals outside after a day at the beach or after a golf game.

There is enough space to let the kids play and there are amusements such as ping pong, table football and bicycles.

Private parking for 2 cars.

Just 300 m away from the Villa, there is a commercial area with a small supermarket, cafes and hairdressers, as well as a playground and playground with tennis and football.

At about 3 km away, there is a large supermarket, a few restaurants and the Aroeira golf resort with two 18-hole courses, tennis courts, a spa and health center, a large tropical swimming pool, a playground, a shopping center , bars, snack bars and restaurants.

Verdizela is surrounded by a stretch of 30 km of the best beaches in Portugal, which starts in the lively beaches near the center of Costa da Caparica village, until ace uncrowded beaches of the south, ideal for water and sand sports.

A Less than 5 km away there is a small fishing village and spectacular beaches where you can buy fresh fish, swim or enjoy nature on long walks through the sand. Discover small restaurants specializing in grilled fish, some of them with wonderful terraces to enjoy the sunset.
