Apartment on the beach, with fabulous views of the sea, Internet / Wifi. ASK PRICES FOR LONGER STAYS. The apartment is composed of a spacious room with fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan, television and a 1.50 cm bed, with the possibility of adding an extra bed. Kitchen with all the necessary, kitchenware, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, etc. bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, we also leave towels, and hair dryer, etc. Living room with corner sofa, television, stereo, fan etc, Great glazed terrace, with table and chairs. It also has chairs, table and beach umbrella, iron and ironing board. Very well preserved building, access for the disabled, doorman, well located, with communal pool open during the summer months. Great seafront and well located, People who have stayed have had a good opinion about the apartment and the area. In low season you can reserve a month for the price of just over a week in high season. If you want a personalized service and to avoid mistakes and wait ... if your arrival in Malaga is by Train, Plane or Bus (if we can we will pick you up and transfer you to the door of the Apartment for € 50). Hola Belén, gracias por dejar una buena opinión sobre el apartamento y recomendarnos. Sobre el inconveniente de la ubicación, como que no podemos hacer nada.Por norma general lo decimos.... que esta a unos 20min a pie del Centro del Pueblo, aunque como tu bien has dicho el Apartamento esta bien ubicado y en la zona dispones de tiendas donde encontrar lo que necesitas. Ha sido un placer que eligieras mi apartamento, que halláis disfrutado y si en algún momento decidís repetir estaré encantada de volveros a ver. Un saludo y que os valla todo muy bien

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rosa (the owner) a message.

If Rosa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
