Boasting spectacular views across the Central Lake, this fully-air conditioned 2 bed retreat offers the perfect setting for year-round romantic escapes and flexible family stays.

Sleeping up to 4, the spacious 2nd floor apartment offers a chic and restful base from which to soak up the scenic serenity of the eastern shore, whilst being within easy reach of Lake Como’s top attractions and leisure pursuits. Also equipped with cosy central heating and benefitting from pool access and close proximity to the Ski resorts, the holiday home offers a carefree haven for all seasons.

Internally, its bright and welcoming interior is contemporary yet homely; with an effortless open plan feel that is ideal for relaxed holiday stays. The luxury bolthole is fully-equipped too with all your home comforts, including free WIFI and a flat screen TV with DVD player.

The lake views from the floor-to-ceiling window in the living room set a beautiful backdrop for socialising, relaxing and entertaining. Guests can curl up together on the sumptuous L-shaped sofa, or dine away in style to the chic dining table for 4-6. Complemented by the new fully-equipped kitchen, the scene is set for carefree stays.

The lovely open plan space is as welcoming by day as it is by night, with an uplifting beamed ceiling and mountain-view picture window featuring too, alongside carefree access out to the alfresco dining terrace.
