Maddalena House is located in a very central position in the heart of the historic centre of Varenna, , just 1 cobblestone short stair from the beach where the walking way leads in 5 minutes walk to the ferry dock and abt 400 meters from the train station. The apartment has easy access to all amenities, abt 70 meters from the Villa Monastero and Cipressi, local food shops , pharmacy cafes and restaurants -pizzerie, fisherman house, everything is form 7 till 30 meters.

Maddalena House has 1 bedroom , a large living-room with tv -sat and a comfortable modern convertible king-size sofa bed for 2 people , a bathroom with a modern shower, fully equipped kitchen (separated from the large livingroom) , with washingmaschine and a balcony with clothesline after washing , table and 2 chairs to dine al fresco. A handycapp chair helps clients from the main door till the apartment door. i also rent the frontlake camilla house . I live in the same ancient buiding in another apartment since i was born.
