2 Bedroom Suite in brand new house in Central Lonsdale. The house is located at E18th/St. Andrews. Just 3 blocks off Lonsdale and the brand new City Market grocery store and London Drugs. All the Lonsdale amenities and public transit within walking distance. Also only 3 blocks to Lions Gate Hospital, and just a few blocks to Hwy 1 & easy proximity to Whistler. Only 20 minutes to downtown by car or bus. Quiet street with very little traffic as street dead-ends in next block.

All the furniture in the suite is BRAND NEW. Suite includes all linens, cook and kitchenware, and everything else needed to make your stay as easy as possible. Appliance package consisting of Washer / Dryer / Dishwasher / Fridge / Stove / Microwave / Garburator / Security System, and electric baseboard heat. White kitchen cabinets, hardwood floors in living/dining area, Berber carpet in bedrooms, and European stone tile in bathroom. Private entrance on side of the house. Full height 8' ceilings, with a southern back-yard exposure. Plenty of on-street parking with no time restrictions.

Wireless high-speed Internet included, as well as 42" flat screen LED HDTV with cable and PVR.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jason (the owner) a message.

If Jason (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
