From the owner

Very nice apartment of 45 square meters, covered terrace of 8 m2. It is open to the front or closed by 3 large windows (with electric shutters) giving a panoramic view of the sea. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (elevator) of a building located on the front line. It is crossing so very clear, the open windows of parts and others allow the sea air to refresh parts. This housing is a large T2 that has all the comforts, a large kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, ceramic hob 3 burners, oven pyrolysis, the worktop is granite. Dishes in abundance, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, vacuum cleaner, iron, radio, TV, etc. A white square table and chairs. - A lounge area with sofa system rapido, comfort, for 2 adults, sleeping 160 (mattress 18 cm thick) Separated by a wall, a comfortable bench allows you to watch TV or the sea in front. The beach is 20 meters away. - a bedroom overlooking the private parking of the condominium, so very quiet and clear (2 windows) 2 large closets (shelves and wardrobe) a bed for 2 people, bed 140 wide - a well appointed bathroom with shower ( washing machine). The toilets are separated. The building was cleaned in the spring of 2017. Sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided .. The car is recommended but is not essential because the shops are nearby at 20 meters and 150 meters supermarket butcher catering bakery restaurants, newspapers etc. - A free parking space, secured, numbered, under video surveillance in the enclosure of the condominium is at your disposal. This apartment is 80 meters from the casino (gambling halls) Different rental rates depending on the week requested. Parties are not allowed in the apartment. Animals are not allowed. No smoking apartment. Deposit check of 400 € to hand over on your arrival. The apartment is very clean, cleaning must be done before departure, if you do not have time to do so, an amount of 50 € will be requested the day of the inventory of places of exit. Valras beach is a very lively, very attractive city, with many activities, and attractions, nice walks and visits to do in the surroundings. A very large market takes place twice a week. documents will be given to you with useful numbers, markets etc.

WARNING, children are admitted under certain conditions, you must monitor them. Still on the 2nd floor. Park the bay windows, lock them, close the 2 windows. No remotes electric shutters within their reach so they do not get stuck between the shutters and the guardrail of the terrace. Also watch for the utensils and equipment of this apartment. No baby equipment such as the high chair to eat, the bed, the relax, the bath and the stroller.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If L. (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
