This apartment is Trip Advisor certificate of excellence and also approved with license by the Malta Tourism Authority .This spacious 100 square meters apartment is located on the best part of St. Paul Street (upper part)adjacent to all the main facilities and attractions that Valletta has to offer. This spacious apartment itself is finished to the highest specification with all amenities you might expect from a 5 star accommodation.The apartment is situated on the 1st floor, it is very bright and airy, it can be reached by stairs or by the use of elevator which it makes it very easy to reach. In the apartment one can find air conditions in the main bedroom,single bedroom and living room that can be used both for cooling and heating. Also the apartment has a traditional enclosed Maltese wooden balcony looking onto St Paul street , guests have the facility to make use of the beautiful shared garden roof terrace which is furnished with sun-loungers, a sheltered area with lounge furniture and a barbecue for guest to use at their convenience. In addition, there are panoramic views of the Grand Harbour entrance and the rooftops of Valletta.

The accommodation comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with all appliances. This apartment is very centrally located and is within two minutes walk to Upper Barrakka Gardens (with stunning views of the Grand Harbour) and installed lift giving direct access to the waterfront which is full of restaurants,wine bars and the Auberge de Castille (the Office of the Prime Minister), Saint John Cathedral and numerous other historical attractions.Also there are many diverse shops and restaurants close by.

the apartment is right in the center of Valletta, you only need a few steps to get anywhere you want! And the view from the terrace on the top is great!!!

“Excellent Owner to deal with”
We went to Valletta for the first time and stayed 4 nights in one of Patrick's flats. He was amazing to deal with from the beginning until the moment we were picked up to leave. He organized our rides from the airport. He gave us a wonderful overview of the apartment and the city upon arrival. His apartment was spacious (much bigger than we expected) and was beautifully furnished. Everything worked perfectly. He was always near our location in the event of any needs or questions and even as we were waiting to be picked up he stayed with us to ensure our departure was a good experience. To top it off he gave us a lovely DVD about Malta as a gift. He clearly works hard to ensure his customers have the best experience possible at all times.

“Fantastic stay, excellent roof terrace.”
Just returned from a week's stay at Patrick's apartment and we had a great time. The apartment is lovely and much nicer and bigger than it looks in the photos. Patrick took his time when we arrived to show us around and explain how everything worked. The apartment is in a very good location, 5 mins to the bus station and within walking distance of all the Valletta sites. The best thing about this Patrick's apartment is definitely the amazing roof terrace. It looks over at the three cities and is a great place to relax after a day of sight seeing. We spent most of our afternoons/evenings here relaxing with a book, some wine and enjoying the view. Valletta was hot in July (34 degrees) but by mid afternoon the terrace is in the shade so it's a lovely place to cool down. The apartment was warm but there are fans in the rooms and air con in the bedroom which was great for the warm nights. The kitchen had everything we needed and we cooked here a few nights and ate dinner on the terrace (it is 3 flights of stairs up to the terrace from flat 2 but definitely worth the climb). Valletta itself is lovely with lots to do. We would recommend going to the National war museum down at fort St elmo for history and St John's cathedral is incredible inside. There are some lovely places to swim on the Silema side of Valletta, and if you get a ferry across to Silema you can swim whilst enjoying the view of Valletta. It is easy to get to other parts of Malta with buses and boats only costing €2 each time. We went to Mdina which is a great place for a wander. Gozo is a bit of a trek (1.5 hour bus, then a ferry then more buses once you're on Gozo) so if you are planning on going make sure you plan what you want to see. Lots of people have said to us that to enjoy Gozo its best to at least spend one night there and I think this is probably true. There are lots of nice places to eat, our favourites were Guze and Legligin (here we had a taster menu of different varieties of Maltese food all for €24). All in all a fantastic holiday.

“perfect location in Valetta”
Patrick is a very nice and helpfull host. The Appartement is perfectly located to explore Valetta and Malta and also very nice and unique. The Roof Terrasse is outstanding. Just buy some bread, cheese, Ham + wine and enjoy it. We'll come back

“Amazing gem in the heart of valetta”
From the moment we arrived in Malta ,it went so smoothly ,we were met at airport by a taxi arranged by Patrick the owner and were taken to apartment,where Patrick met us ,and showed us around the apartment which was equipped really well..we were given a lovely welcome pack consisting of fruit,wine,biscuits ,water,bread,jam and butter...fantastic.The rooftop garden is amazing ,and lovely to sit up there with a glass of wine in the evening.we were in Valletta for a wedding and various guests came round and said how fantastic our place was...on leaving Patrick came round with our deposit,to read the meter and a dvd on Malta ..( we used about € 12 for the 5 days which I thought was very reasonable) thank you Patrick you made our stay brilliant

“Beautiful apartments in a beautiful city”
We stayed in Apartment 2 for 6 days. Patrick met us at the door and could not have been a more welcoming or friendly host. The apartments are in tip-top condition, lavishly decorated with a real feel of home. I was surprised how big the rooms were - the pictures don't do them justice. We were delighted by the welcome gift of wine, fruit and bread, which was exactly what we needed after getting off the plane in the midday heat! Patrick also organised our taxi there and at the end of our holiday which made everything very relaxed. The bedroom was comfortable and dark with excellent air con - but aside from putting it on for half an hour before bed, we didn't use it. We slept well every night and despite being in the centre of Valletta, there was no noise. Big fans throughout the rest of the apartment made it a welcome refuge in the hottest parts of the day. The apartment has every mod con you could want, including speedy wifi (which we put to good use looking at the many hidden gems in Valletta). The roof terrace is lovely - we spent an evening ensconced there watching fireworks - the views are stunning both before and after dark. You really are in the very heart of a beautiful city. The apartment is a short walk - a couple of minutes if that - from the shops, central areas, Upper Barrakka gardens and Lascaris war rooms. Everything else in Valletta is no more than a 10m walk away. We walked to and from dinner every night and felt incredibly safe. We will be back to Malta in 2018 - and hopefully staying a few more days courtesy of Patrick and his lovely apartments!

“4/2015 - Location, Location, Location”
My wife and I spent a week in this apartment. Patrick was a treat and explained everything in detail. The location is perfect: one block off the main walking street; a few minutes to the harbor and bus terminal; and easy access to the sights and restaurants. The apartment is quiet nice and the pictures don't really do it justice. The roof top balcony is a pleasure. We were greeted with fresh fruit, bread and a bottle of wine, just the right touch for a 5 star rating. We spent the previous week on Gozo and arranged for Patrick to pick us up at the ferry terminal in Cirkewwa and to deliver us to the airport. I wouldn't suggest renting a car as the drivers are fairly fast and the bus system is more than adequate on both islands. I will admit that the people in Malta are by far the most friendly and helpful that we have experienced in all of our travels. “Comfortable apartment in a great location”
Accommodation was really good - everything you need for a comfortable stay. The roof terrace areas are fabulous and worth the climb of 3 flights of stairs from 2nd floor!. Lovely furniture and plants and really well taken care of. Great location with easy access to bus station, cafes, restaurants and shops. Will recommend to friends travelling to Valetta.

“A Perfect Base from which to Explore Malta”
There are few reviews of this apartment that don’t mention its owner Patrick, because his energy and seriousness are truly memorable. He is very proud of his two apartments and wants to make sure that everything is perfect during your stay. He is prompt in responding to email queries. We were happy that we had taken him up on the offer to meet us at the airport (for an extra fee) because it made the process of arrival (at night in the rain) so much easier. He is also a proud Maltan and began introducing us to his island on the drive into Valletta. The apartment was exactly as billed and everything worked well. The bedroom was comfortable and quiet, despite facing onto the street. (Doors to the traditional Maltan balcony keep the room very dark at night.) The living room has a comfy leather sofa with flat-screen television (though we never bothered to watch during our week’s stay). The apartment runs the length of a long 150-year-old stone building, with hallways connecting bedrooms, living room and full-size kitchen. There are windows in the front and rear and windows onto a light well in the center, but not a lot of light. If you’re accustomed to a spacious view this can feel a bit claustrophobic, but this seems typical for a traditional building like this. What more than made up for it was the impressive roof garden, which Patrick has divided into separate “rooms” with outdoor furniture and lush collections of desert plants. Each space offers stunning views of the city and the harbor. We often went up for morning coffee, a glass of wine before dinner, and to gaze at the full moon and stars before bedtime. (I would note that there are many stairs involved in this apartment: one flight to the apartment and three to the rooftop. Hence, I would not recommend it for people with mobility issues.) The apartment is also ideally located for those who want to get to know Valletta and the rich culture and history of Malta. One can easily walk to any point in the city, which is filled with excellent restaurants and places of interest. Patrick stocks the apartment with all manner of brochures and thoughtfully provided a guidebook. The beautiful Upper Barrakka Gardens overlooking the Grand Harbor are just around the corner, and from there one can easily take the elevator to the waterfront and the ferry to the Three Cities. The central bus station is a 10-minute walk, through the impressive new city gates, and from there one can take buses all around the island. I recommend not renting a car; parking in the city is difficult and the bus system is very efficient. Plus, a week’s pass is only 6.50 Euros! In short, the apartment helped make for a thoroughly enjoyable week in the fascinating island nation of Malta. We highly recommend both.

“Sensational apartment in historic Valletta”
From my first contact with Patrick through trip advisor until he dropped me off at the airport after I had completed my stay it was first class service all of the way. The apartments are in a wonderful location and have all of the amenities and more that you could need. I stayed in apartment 2 which could fit 4 people. Patrick went through all of the details about the apartment when I arrived. The supplies of fruit, bread, wine, water and Maltese biscuits on arrival were very welcoming. The roof terraces were amazing. Everything in the apartment that I used worked well. Whilst I was in Malta I needed to get something printed and Patrick had me email him the link to the document and delivered it to me. The service that he gives is of someone who is very proud of the apartments that he has created. When I return to Valletta I will only want to stay here.
