From the owner

This is the first living place of our family in Valencia, dating from 1925. Lots of nice stories have happened inside its walls and we just want you to apprehend some of the happiness we shared there. We refurbished it completely recently to make it perfectly comfortable for you. You are very welcome!

Ideally located in the quietest corner of the bustling Barrio de El Carmen. Close to the huge Jardin del Turia, a short walk from Valencia Historical Centre and a few bus stops from the City of Arts & Sciences. Enjoy Valencia from its very heart!

The loft is fully equipped for your complete comfort and you will find near to it a huge offer of restaurants, gastro-bars, new and old pubs where to drink our famous "Agua de Valencia" and many cultural spots for you to explore.Right next to the studio you will find the IVAM, Valencian Institute of Modern Art, contemporary art international benchmark, but Valencia has many attractions for the visitor. In Plaza del Ayuntamiento (CITY HALL Sq.)and Plaza de la Reina (Queen Sq) there are the main Tourist Offices, where you can be informed about all of them. Do not miss the Barrio del Carmen (where you will be staying) at dusk and night, lively token of the city life, neither the magnificent Jardin del Turia, 3 minutes from home, where you will stroll away from the city bustle. In the Historical Centre don't miss the Basilica of the Virgin and the Cathedral, with its famous tower "El Miguelete" on top of which you will get astonishing views of the ancient and modern city. Nearby it is also the Palace of the Marques de Dos Aguas, with unique examples of Valencian ceramics. And on the way to the port, the unavoidable visit is that of the City of Arts and Sciences and Prince Felipe Museum, with the magnificent Palau de les Arts (Opera). A little further there are the city beaches, Malvarrosa and Patacona, recently renovated, as well as the Marina Rey Juan Carlos, scene of Formula 1 racing. If you can go further, the recommended excursion is a visit to the Albufera (inland sea) and the Playa de El Saler.

We will only ask you to take care of the loft as much as we've done for you, and other guests before, and to be respectful with your neighbours. It's a really nice place to live (it has been for almost 100 years) and we wish it lasts for long.

Dear guest, I want you to know that during your stay I will always be at your disposal through the phone or whatsapp in case you need further explanations about the city, reservations in restaurants or directions around the city. I will also let you know it there's any special attraction in Valencia and explain how to enjoy it.     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Vicente (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
