Situé à 4 kilomètres du centre historique de la superbe ville d’Uzès, le domaine du mas blanc se dresse au milieu des champs sur la route de Saint Ambroix. Cet édifice du 17ème siècle a traversé les siècles et les saisons. Les propriétaires seront heureux de vous raconter son histoire, en passant de la révolution française à la seconde guerre mondiale.

Le Mas Blanc était une ferme dans les années 1770. Le créateur de la réglisserie Zan reprise par la suite par Haribo, décida d'acheter la ferme au 19ème siècle. Depuis, la famille travaille dure pour développer et transformer la ferme en un joli lieu de relaxation pour les voyageurs.

Le gîte est indépendant, il est situé à l’étage avec une entrée privative par le balcon. Le balcon a deux accès: L’un par la salle à manger et l’autre par la chambre. Il a une superficie de 70m² et est divisé en deux grands espaces.

Le premier comporte une cuisine ouverte sur la salle à manger et à l’étage supérieur il y a un salon. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec un four, un lave-vaisselle, toute la vaisselle nécessaire et une machine à café Tassimo. La salle à manger a une télévision, cet espace donne sur le jardin avec un accès par le balcon.

Dans le second espace, il y a la chambre, la salle de bain, un dressing, et un WC séparé. Dans la mezzanine il y a un salon. La chambre est spacieuse et il y a une télévision. Cet espace nuit donne sur le jardin avec un accès par le balcon. Le salon est classique, il y a un canapé Chesterfield et une bibliothèque.

Le mobilier et les équipements ont été remis en place en 2020. Elle a été meublé avec des meubles restaurés par nos soins et avec des fauteuils et canapés confortables. Le fauteuil présent dans la chambre a été rénové par un tapissier local.

Piscine et jacuzzi sont à deux minutes de marche. La piscine est disponible de Mai à Septembre. Le Jacuzzi est disponible tout l'année. Les espaces verts sont vastes, idéaux pour un pique-nique ou une session d’exercices en plein air.

Afin de profiter pleinement de l'extérieur, vous avez une table sur votre balcon ainsi qu'une table sur la terrasse.

Uzès est à seulement 4km du Mas, des VTT sont disponibles pour profiter d’une promenade dans la campagne provençale.

Le Mas Blanc Uzès est idéalement situé. Vous pouvez accéder au centre historique d’Uzès en seulement 7 minutes en voiture. Le marché d’Uzès est l’un des plus beau marché de France et est reconnu comme étant le plus beau marché d’Occitanie. Vous pourrez y découvrir les spécialités de la région, mais aussi des épices, des tissus, des ustensiles en bois d’olivier, du miel de lavande.

Le pont du Gard est à quelques minutes du mas, cet aqueduc romain est absolument incontournable. Vous pourrez également découvrir des petits villages typiques comme Castillon du Gard, Lussan, Goudargues, Vaisson La Romaine, Roussillon, Gordes, Sommières et pleins d’autres. Vous pourrez également faire une escale à Avignon à 34 kilomètres du mas, à Montpellier à 64 kilomètres, à Arles à 45 kilomètres, à Orange à 34 kilomètres et à Nîmes à seulement 23 kilomètres. Pour les amoureux de la nature, le parc national des Cévennes est à 61 kilomètres, la bambouseraie d’Anduze est à seulement 34 kilomètres, la ferme aux crocodiles de Pierrelatte est à 42 kilomètres.
