Description

The Cellermasters house is located at the entrance of Domaine Treloar, a highly rated winery in the Roussillon. The village house was renovated in 2009 and features a modern kitchen, morning room, toilet and washing machine on the ground floor, on the first floor is the main lounge, toilet room and shower room and a double bedroom. On the 2nd floor is a very large double bedroom leading onto another bedroom with 2 single beds. Ideally the house accommodates 6 people. Enjoy your own private access, private garden/gas BBQ and parking. WIFI, Towels and Bed linen included.

Trouillas is 5 mins from Thuir and 15 mins from Perpignan City and Villeneuve de la Raho and 30 mins to Canet and Saint Cyprien Beaches.

On arrival you will find a bottle of our Estate wine for each nights stay and a free winery/wine tasting with Jon the Oenologist.

Please note:

(1) Well behaved house trained dogs are welcome may incur an small extra charge if extra cleaning is necessary.

(2) Extra cleaning is available if requested at €20 per hour.

(3) I am flexible with bookings ie I do not require a Sat to Sat booking - that way we can fit in around your travel arrangements.

(4) Guests with Electric cars will be charged on the extra electricity consumed above what is normally consumed for the period they are resident.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rachel (the owner) a message.

If Rachel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
