Looking for a place to get away from it all, then look no further.

Described by guests as a hidden jewel, somewhere they wish they could stay forever and loved for the peace and tranquillity they find there.

Placed on the top floor of a seafront property my 1 bedroom flat offers a fantastic degree of luxury and unbeatable views. Finished to an exceptionally high standard this apartment is guaranteed to add that extra something to your holiday.

The open plan lounge has a large bay window with dining area which highlights perfectly the spectacular views of the Ayrshire coast, Alisa Craig and Arran. Just the place to relax and enjoy the sound of the waves and the cries of the seagulls, not to mention the spectacular sunsets.

The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you will need for your stay, including condiments and tea towels. However as Seaview is very central and only a short walk from the Yacht haven as well as the town centre you may not feel the need to use it. Troon has an abundance of wonderful bars and restaurants, many of which are listed in my information folder.

The bedroom is well appointed with a comfortable kingsize bed which has a dual control electric blanket. All bed linen is supplied. Just perfect for long lies and breakfast in bed whilst enjoying the stunning views of the sea, an ever changing picture that you will never tire of whatever time of the year.

The bathroom has modern fittings, a large walk in shower and a heated towel rail. All towels and a bath mat are supplied.

To add that extra luxury to your stay Seaview provides complimentary teas, coffee and snacks.

Also available for guests are books on walking areas, golf courses as well as places to visit around Scotland.

You can fish from the rocks directly across from the property or play a round of golf on one of Ayrshires famous courses.

If however you prefer to relax indoors there are books, board games, DVDs, CDs and binoculars for your use. Alexa is the latest addition to Seaview, let her play you some fab sounds whatever your mood. You can also ask her to set the heating temperature.

Large screen TV with DVD, cable TV and WIFI are also present in the property.

Why can't I call Angela (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Angela (the owner) a message.

If Angela (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
