On 1th of May 2019 is opened a brand-new infinity pool (8 x 4 metres or 26 x 13 feet) with a hydromassage.

Our eco-pool is one hundred percent safe: it does not contain any chemicals or chlorine, but works with a generator and electrolysis of the salt water.This means that – instead of chlorine – we put salt in our pool.

Water and salt pass through a generator, which - through the process of electrolysis - isolates the chloride ion in the salt. This pure chlorine cleans and purifies the pool water, and then binds again to the salt. There is no danger of any skin reactions that are sometimes associated with traditional pools. This pool is safe for everyone – including young children!

The pool is connected to the summer kitchen with a grill.

The villa is right by the sea, has a small beach in front of the house for our guests.

The villa has a brand new luxury apartment SASHA on the ground floor for 4 persons -built in 2012/2013, luxury apartment on the first floor for 4 persons called ALENKA - renovated from 2013/2017 - and a completely new luxury penthouse apartment on the second floor for 4 persons called ANYA- completely renovated in May 2016 .

Best quality of towels and linens, housekeeper during morning - if you need some additional cleaning, Wi Fi free access, air conditioner in each bedroom, private parking spot are included in the price.Also we will provide you with: beach parasols, beach longhairs, beach towels, dishwasher detergent, liquid hand-soap in the bathroom, trash bags in the kitchen and the bathroom.

We are a small family business, and our guests' comfort and health are our top priority. This is why we will be taking additional precautions to keep you healthy and safe: upon the departure of each guest, our cleaning team will disinfect and thoroughly clean all surfaces in the suite. In addition, we will provide alcohol based hand disinfectant gel and disinfectant for all surfaces in the apartment - in each suite for free. 

We are dedicated to keeping you healthy, safe, and comfortable.

We are always here for you for any kind of information: regarding excursions by van or boat, restaurants and table reservations, or any help in planning your trips.

In front of the villa is 3 km long seaside promenade with many cafes, restaurants and small beaches.

200 meters on the left side you can find a few restaurants in the fisherman village, or cafe, pizzeria and small restaurant 50 meters from the villa on the right side.

Further, if you walk on seaside promenade on the right side you will find many small beaches, cafes and restaurants and finally you will find big complex of hotel Medena with surfing, diving, mini golf, playgrounds, many excursions to near islands Solta, Brac, Hvar, Krka national park, Dubrovnik, etc..

Only 50 meters from the villa is small shop for basic essential open every day from 7 am until 9 pm.

The historical town museum Trogir is only 3 km away.

In front of the villa is tourist boat stop to Trogir runs every 15 minutes from 9 am until 11 pm and twice of week to Split.

Airport Split is only 7 km away. Airport Zadar is 120 km away. If you want I can organize for you taxi from the airport to the villa.

There is no noise from the airport. It is an absolutely quiet place for a nice family holiday.

There is no house on the left and or the right side of the villa.
