The property: Apartment Delux The apartment, entirely exposed beams, is placed on the top floor of a building of 500 'finely restored. The elevator will take you directly to the floor. The entrance is independent. Upon entering you will find a wardrobe for storing suitcases and jackets; opens, then the living area with dining area, large flat screen TV and a sofa that becomes a comfortable double bed; the kitchen is equipped with every appliance, up to the coffee machine; the master bedroom is enriched with large closet-wardrobe and chest of drawers; the bathroom, window and shower, is complete with bidet and necessaire for the toilet. The unit is equipped with every comfort; It is also offered free of the two city-bikes to get around downtown. The structure and the position we are in the city center. The strategic position allows you to easily visit the city on foot or by bike. Nearby, you will find the Cathedral of S. Nicolò, the Cathedral and, through the Cal Maggiore, the heart will reach Piazza dei Signori Treviso; a few minutes also the Bailo Museum, the Santa Caterina Museum, Art gallery Ca 'dei Carraresi, the Basilica of San Francesco .., so much to see along the streets of downtown between Cafe and Bistro for the usual aperitif or dinner and shopping. On some occasions the streets are enriched with markets and small concerts. A quiet city center, clean and cozy, renovated residences, streets and waterways repeatedly repaired carefully hosting swans and squirrels. For the more sporting guest pleasure, just a few minutes, there is also the Monigo dedicated to the Rugby stadium. Apartment Deluxe is located in a building of 300, made by an owner on the first floor. On the second floor there is the home of the owner of Apartment Deluxe, therefore in total 3 units. It is strongly forbidden to make noise from 23 to 9 in the morning. Do not make noise when instead of taking the elevator you prefer to go down or walk up the stairs. Not to ruin the walls, especially the wooden ones of the elevator, with the suitcases.
