La struttura: Apartment Delux

L’appartamento, interamente travato a vista, è posto all’ultimo piano di un palazzetto del 500' finemente restaurato.

L’ascensore vi accompagnerà direttamente al piano. L’ingresso è indipendente. Entrando troverete il guardaroba in cui riporre giacche e valigie; si apre, poi, la zona giorno con zona pranzo, grande tv a schermo piatto e un sofà che diventa un comodo letto matrimoniale;

la cucina è dotata di ogni elettrodomestico, fino alla macchinetta del caffè; la camera matrimoniale si arricchisce di capiente armadio-guardaroba e cassettiera;

il bagno, finestrato e con doccia, è completo di bidet e del necessaire per la toilette. L’unità è dotata di ogni comfort; e' dotato di cassaforte.

vengono inoltre offerte gratuitamente le due city-bike per spostarsi in centro .E' offerta anche la colazione all'italiana.

La struttura e la posizione:

siamo in pieno centro storico.

La posizione invidiabile permette di visitare agevolmente la città, a piedi o in biciletta. Nelle vicinanze, troverete la Cattedrale di S. Nicolò, il Duomo e, attraversando il Cal Maggiore, raggiungerete Piazza dei Signori cuore di Treviso; a pochi minuti anche il Museo Bailo, il Museo Santa Caterina , la galleria d’arte Ca' dei Carraresi, la Basilica di San Francesco,..,tanto da visitare percorrendo le calli del centro tra Caffè e Bistrò per l’abituale aperitivo o la cena, e lo shopping. In alcune occasioni le piazze si arricchiscono di mercatini o piccoli concerti.

Un centro città tranquillo, pulito e accogliente, di residenze ristrutturate ,di vie e corsi d’acqua attentamente manutentati che ospitano cigni e scoiattoli.

Per il piacere dell’ospite più sportivo, a pochi minuti, si trova anche lo stadio di Monigo dedicato al Rugby.

Ruffiana lo dici a tua madre, e se io devo partire per prendere un aero alle 4,30 di mattina la doccia me la faccio alla sera, non credo che il riscaldamento a casa tua vada a quell'ora, e in quanto ai gradi quando vai in un posto, visto che viaggi tanto, ho i miei dubbi, informati sulle normative provinciali, quando poi una mi dice che Treviso non le e' piaciuta e ci sei stata 4 ore , ma ti e' piaciuto molto il treno che e' una tradotta, forse le cose belle non sai neanche dove abitano. Viaggia veramente un po' di piu' e impara la storia di dove vai, acculturati ne hai bisogno.

Why can't I call Egle (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Egle (the owner) a message.

If Egle (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
