Situated along the well-serviced lakeshore road, the very best of the Tremezzina shore is on the doorstep. From its authentic Italian restaurants and bars to its walking routes, Lido, famous Villa attractions and carefree ferry links; all this and more awaits!

Internally, the contemporary-style 3rd floor retreat offers a blissful haven in which to unwind and entertain. Its iconic lake view backdrop provides a captivating setting for year-round stays, as each season brings out enchanting new colours, flora and drama. Boasting a versatile and welcoming layout too, the spacious fully-equipped apartment benefits from 2 living areas and all the must-have mod cons, including free WIFI.

The principal living room offers a carefree open plan space ideal for year-round entertaining; with 180° views to take in from its triple aspect French doors.

The bright and scenic living room also features a stylish cream L-shaped sofa, a wall mounted SAT TV and a host of mod cons to enhance your stay, including a music stereo, iPod docking station and DVD player. A Games console and second TV also features to the second separate living room.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
