This house is situated in a quiet residential area close to the harbour, and is fully furnished and equipped, with fitted kitchen including dishwasher, and large utility room with washing machine.
There are markets held during the week where you can buy local produce, such as fish, meats, cheese, or even clothes/shoes/jewellery depending on the day.
The village is well provided with boulangeries, restaurants, a small supermarket, charcuteries, banks and bars. There is a LeClerc hyper market a short drive/15 minute walk away.
The real beauty lies in its location though, five minutes walk from a play park and picnic area and the stunning 'plage St Jean'. Close by are the ancient Chapelle St Jean and several artisan shops.
Quimper is only twenty minutes away by car, or there is a regular bus service from Treboul. With its stunning architecture (and nightclubs!), there is plenty to explore here too.
