small flat , for two persons ( plus baby or young child, cot provided). you will like the decoration, the layout, the level of equiment, but above all, its location.

(If it's not available, the flat on the first floor might be available, please ask ! (larger flat from 1 to six people)

Located In a quiet place at the back of a yard, in a house dating back to the Middle ages. The small terrace in the yard will allow you to spend some time and have meals outside, to meet the neighbours ( yard is shared). Your car can be parked in one of the car parks nearby ( free or not) ( less than 1 mn away on foot). Then you can go and visit the city on foot, the cathedral and historic Tours are 10' away via the lovely footbridge over the Loire river . Nice views, sunsets etc ! Tours is a really nice place, very lively too ( many students in the centre).

Bakery, butchery , newsagent's, 1 mn away, bus stop ( direct access to train station in 10 mn) 1 mn away..

You will love walking or cycling along the Loire river , we are on the famous LOIRE itinerary route. We have bikes for you, we don't maintain them specifically . Our bikes are free, meant to go to the city not to do many kilometres, though.

Of course from our place you will also tour around the Loire valley, its castles and vineyards ! ( The famous Vouvray vineyard is a few kilometres away, you can walk there !

Petit meublé bien aménagé pour 2 pers (plus BB ou jeune enfant tout est prévu), qui vous séduira par sa décoration, son agencement, mais avant tout par sa situation.

S'il n'est pas disponible , nous pouvons vous proposer l 'appartement de l'étage, plus grand ( 1 à 6 personnes) , n'hésitez pas à nous contacter.

Au calme au fond d'une cour au RDC d'une maison du Moyen-Age, la terrasse aménagée vous permettra de profiter du soleil et de rencontrer les "locaux" peut-être?. Votre voiture garée dans le parking gratuit à 1 mn, vous pourrez aller vous promener à toute heure de la journée ou de la nuit en ville, découvrir le vieux Tours, les très beaux bâtiments , la cathédrale, le château, les musées (du compagnonnage entre autres). Tours est une belle ville, prenez le temps de la découvrir ! Beaucoup d'animations aussi. Du logement lui-même situé dans un quartier historique, "il suffit de passer le pont" (piétons/vélos)sur la Loire pour vous retrouver en 10 mn en plein centre de Tours,la gare étant à pied à 20mn seulement.

Les commerces et le bus sont à 1mn. De plus, l'itinéraire "La Loire à vélo" passe là également, profitez-en pour découvrir ce parcours en bord de Loire, simple (plat !) et si agréable. Un grand parc en bord de Loire à 2 mn aussi.

Evidemment rien ne vous empêche d'aller vagabonder en voiture vers les châteaux de la LOIRE, les jardins, les églises et les vignobles de la Touraine! Le village de Vouvray par exemple et les caves de son célèbre vin sont à 5 mn, vous pourrez même revenir par les bords de Loire à pied après avoir visité les caves!

    Merci . je suis désolée si le ménage n'était pas parfait. J'étais en vacances et la gestion était plus difficile . J'ai en effet remis un peu de vaisselle ( les verres se cassent vite !) à mon retour mais le gîte est classé et comprend plus que l'équipement réglementaire. Merci pour votre recommandation .

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    If Claire (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
