Ideally located for visting the main Loire Valley chateau and main touristic sites

Prestigious lodging fully equipped of 120 sqm.

- Space, peacefull and silence granted

- 250 ac listed park with centenary trees

-view on the river

- swimmingpool, piano, tennis table and babyfoot in the courtyards to share with the lodging of the mill (4 guests) and the manor (15 guests) .

- Located on 2 levels, you will be the only guests in the chateau ( the other side is used by the owner's family ).

On the second floor of the chateau :

- living room with view on the Indre river

- master bedroom with four poster bed (160x200) and widescreen television

- en-suite bathroom with original bathtub and washbasin

- fully equipped kitchen / dining room

- laundry room.

On the third floor:

2 charming small bedrooms with en-suite bathroom

- Bedroom: twin beds: 90x200

- Bedroom: single bed: 120x200

All amenities 3km away –. Sheets and towels provided - end of stay cleaning included. Private garden with barbecue under oaks. Secure entrance in the domain.

On site, enjoy the fishing boat on the river, fish, or swim and relax near the swimming pool located in the courtyards 100m away (to share with 2 other self-catering) walk in the domain into the private woods of 100ha or even go to the local tennis court and mini-golf , enjoy the spa and swimming Center 2km away, visit the nearest chateaux , take the kids to a theme park or a zoo, visit a troglodyte site : everything is at hand!

The chateau is separate in two parts: one for the apartment only used for you, the second for the owners. Each part benefits of its own staircase, except a few steps on the groundfloor used by the owners to reach their own kitchen. The guests of the apartment have their own private garden area. The owners don't go on this side of the chateau and have their own garden area at the opposite side so we grant you pacefull and privacy. Everything is done to maintain the best quality of privacy. No other guests of the domain are coming into the area of the chateau, they have their own access way, Of course, we are always available to answer to any question or to talk a while together and sometimes, our children are playing outside together....

“Trip to the past”

Although Domaine du Breuil in Monts is strategically placed to visit the superb Loire Valley Castles, it is not the only raison that it is a special place. It gives you the opportunity to enjoy an imposing building erected in another time which maintains its essence but having the comfort of the XXI century, you have the pleasure to live on a “château” which is itself a privilege. The place offers independence, spacious rooms for exclusive use, fireplaces, wood floors, remarkable high ceilings, nice fabrics and upholsteries and a harmonious and careful blend of the old and the new everywhere. And light! Lots of huge windows make you feel to be part of the landscape of the forest with ancient trees, meadows and the river that make up the domain where you can go for a walk and discover the rest of dependencies adapted with the same care. If you are looking for peace, independence, aesthetic, nature and a huge cultural offer far from a conventional vacation rental, it would be difficult to find a better place. Le Domaine du Breuil (Monts) est un endroit spécial et non seulement parce qu´il est stratégiquement placée pour connaître les magnifiques châteaux de la Loire. Il n’est pas facile d'avoir l'occasion de profiter d'un bâtiment construit dans un autre temps en conservant son essence avec le confort du XXIe siècle. Seulement « vivre » dans le château est un privilège, mais l'appartement offre aussi de l´indépendance, des chambres spacieuses, cheminées, planchers de bois, remarquables hauts plafonds, harmonieux tissus et tapisseries et un délicat équilibre entre ce qui est ancien et nouveau. Et la lumière! avec des grandes fenêtres partout qui vous font sentir partie intégrante du paysage de la forêt, avec des arbres centenaires, des prairies et de la rivière qui composent la propriété ou on peut aussi se perdre et découvrir le reste des installations adaptées avec le même soin. Si vous êtes à la recherche de la paix, l'indépendance, l'esthétique, la nature et une remarquable offre culturelle loin d’une location conventionnelle pour les vacances, il sera difficile de trouver un meilleur endroit. Estratégicamente situado para conocer los grandes castillos del Loira, no sólo por eso el Domaine du Breuil (Monts) es un lugar especial. No es fácil tener ocasión de disfrutar de un edificio singular construido en otra época manteniendo su esencia con el confort del siglo XXI, vivir ¡en un château! es ya de por si un privilegio, el lugar ofrece independencia, espaciosos salones para uso exclusivo, chimeneas, suelos de madera, techos de altura reseñable, telas armoniosas y cuidada mezcla de lo nuevo y lo viejo. Y ¡luz! con inmensos ventanales que te hacen sentirte en mitad del bosque de árboles centenarios, praderas y río que conforman la finca y en los que igualmente podrás perderte y descubrir el resto de instalaciones adaptadas con el mismo cuidado. Si buscas tranquilidad, independencia, estética, naturaleza y amplia oferta cultural lejos de un alquiler vacacional convencional sería difícil encontrar un lugar mejor.
