The new Residence Albatros is located directly on Bogliaco Golf course . It has a big pool and a garden . In a wonderful quiet and sunny location it's the ideal place for sports and nature lovers

This comfortable and spacious three-room apartment (70 square meters) can accommodate 4 people and has a big balcony overlooking the golf course and the pool . Modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort has a privat parking and is composed as follows:

- Spacious living room with sofa , table with 6 chairs, kitchen, satellite TV, internet and air conditioning

- Small hallway and bathroom with shower,

-double master bedroom with large closet and a second bedroom with double bed

The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, oven fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

The residence is located in the middle of the upper Garda Bresciano Park in a beautiful peaceful location on the path of the Golf Bogliaco and just 2 km from the center of Toscolano, 1km from Bogliaco and 2 km from the most beautiful beaches of Lake Garda.

Toscolano is a charming village on the banks of the lake, with beautiful landscapes, beaches and a lovely waterfront promenade, with many bars, restaurants and supermarkets. From Maderno leaves the ferry that reaches the opposite shore of the lake to Torri del Benaco with the ability to carry cars and bicycles; It is the starting point for many excursions on the lake and its surroundings.
