Gentilissimi appassionati del Salento,

sono Maria Domenica Malagnino proprietaria de LA MAISON BLUE SALENTO.

Ci troviamo a 70 metri dal mare a Torre San Giovanni marina di Ugento.

La struttura in oggetto, è il risultato di una recente massiccia ristrutturazione.

In questo annuncio mettiamo a disposizione una graziosa villetta trilocale vista mare, piano terra, composta da due camere da letto matrimoniali family, due bagni design con rivestimenti in marmo, e pietra naturale, living con TV 40" e altri 2 posti letto, cucina attrezzata di stoviglie, lavastoviglie, utensili vari. TOTALE POSTI LETTO REGOLARI = 7 (no divani letto) sono 1 letto matrimoniale standard, un letto matrimoniale extra large, 3 letti singoli.

Su richiesta è possibile aggiungere un lettino culla da campeggio o un altro letto singolo.

Camere e living con aria condizionata in ogni ambiente.

Lo spazio esterno è ombreggiato, gode di vista mare ed è attrezzato per piacevoli colazioni e cene all'aperto vista mare.

C'è barbecue in muratura, tavolo in marmo, e sedie da esterno.

Questo spazio esterno, diventa tutt'uno con il living interno grazie ad una vetrata scorrevole a scomparsa.

Oltre allo spazio esterno antistante, c'è anche uno spazio esterno più piccolo retrostante, con due docce esterne con acqua calda e fredda, che potete utilizzare in totale privacy.

DESCRIZIONE DELLA ZONA:

Ci troviamo a Torre San Giovanni marina di Ugento, in una zona paesaggisticamente protetta e privilegiata per la tranquillità e la vicinanza al mare, da cui si gode della vista oltre che dall'esterno, anche dall'interno.

Il mare fronte casa, ricade nel tratto di scoglio basso, è come una piscina naturale, molto riservata e intima.

Piante aromatiche tipiche mediterranee di timo, mirto, rosmarino e salvia selvatica, sono diffuse nella zona, fino a pochi metri dalla riva del mare.

Le strade dietro casa nostra, sono senza uscita, arrivano solo nelle proprietà dei pochi residenti, siamo come in un piccolo borgo, al confine con un'altra marina, quella di Posto Rosso. Indescrivibili i tramonti visti da qui!

A 900 mt. c'è una piccola spiaggetta con lido e lounge bar, che ricade fra una duna di roccia che la nasconde e un tratto di litoranea.

Le lunghe spiagge invece, sabbiose e caraibiche iniziano alla distanza di km. 3,8 grazie ad una strada secondaria che ci evita di attraversare il paese.

How do damage deposits work?
