Bellissimo appartamento, situato nella zona di Torre Archirafi (Riposto, CT) , arredato in stile contemporaneo.

Dotato di un'ampia cucina soggiorno, climatizzata, con relativo accesso al grande terazzo da cui è possibile ammirare da un lato il bellissimo vulcano attivo L'Etna e dall'altro la bellissima costa jonica compresa Taormina, un bagno con box doccia , una camera secondaria con 1 divano letto estraibile ad una piazza e mezza,una camera con letto singolo, una camera da letto con ampio armadio.

Un posto auto allinterno, ed un giardino piccolo giardino di 25mq in comune e accessibile dall'interno.

Situato in zona residenziale, esposto al sole da due lati.

L'appartamento si trova in una zona residenziale a soli pochi passi mare e a soli 10 minuti dall'ingresso dell'autostrada, da cui è possibile raggiungere le maggiore città turistiche e naturalistiche.

L'area è molto tranquilla in quanto la strada è molto transitata principalmente sia dai residenti che da altri.

35 minuti da Catania e Aereoporto;

30 minuti dal vulcano ETNA e dai suoi impianti di risalita;

15 minuti da Taormina;

20 minuti dalle Gole dell'Alcantara;
