Apartment in villa nearby the sea ideal for friends,couples or single travellers. We are a frendly couple,life lovers.

Good music, food and wine are always present in our place and if once in life you'd like to learn how to make fresh traditional pasta or focaccia or how to cook traditional fish dishes from Puglia,you are welcome.

Also if you are passionate about pizzica music you could learn the tamburrello tecnique in one to one lessons with Mario.

We suggest you to have a car for moving around. However bycycles are availables for guests and bus no 12 and 12/ pass nearby the villa.

the villa is located at 6 km from bari downtown city, well connected with Bari downtown by public busses no. 12 and 12/ ..very relaxing place...close to a fully equipped beach (Baia di San Giorgio).

Sheets and towels included.. washing machine is available for 3 eur per washing,.. you could go to well equipped beach Baia di San Giorgio or visit Bari or visit the very nice neighboring countries, Polignano a mare and Monopoli 30km, Ostuni 75km, Alberobello,.. .Matera 70km,. Cisterninom,, ect ect . nearby the villa you can find some restaurants, a bakery, a bar, some fishmongers,.. there is a big commercial centre (Bariblu) and a bowling at 1,5 km from the villa, , the villa is located in a private road, the area is very quite, the villa is surrounded by the green of big pine trees as you can see by photos. If you come in certain right periods of the year you could taste some fruits of our trees like figs, almonds, mulberry, peaches, lemons, oranges ,...

I could pick you up, from Bari Palese airport or from central train station in Bari... however the villa is reachable by city bus from both places ..

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
