A luxuriously and tastefully furnished holiday apartment within walking distance of the beach, in a newly-built (2013) villa with a panoramic sea view.

This modern luxury holiday apartment is in a green bay facing the romantic little fishing village of Tisno on the south-east coast of the Croatian sunny island of Murter on the Dalmatian Adriatic, an ideal place for sun and sea lovers.

The offered appartment occupies one floor of a three-storey villa with a total of three residential units, which was built just recently in 2013 and provides all the latest comfort and convenience accordingly. The apartment benefits from its own separate entrance, ensuring absolute privacy during your stay.

The exclusive holiday apartment is only about 200 metres from the beach with crystal clear water. The little fishing village of Tisno on the other side of the bay, about a kilometre away, has shops and a good range of cafés and restaurants. Lovers of local fish dishes will appreciate the specialized restaurant only about 30 metres from the apartment.

This spacious 140m² holiday apartment occupies the entire ground floor of the villa.

It has a living and dining room flooded with daylight, with an integrated, open, built-in kitchen, as well as two bedrooms, two very modern bathrooms and a separate guest toilet. The living room has a comfortable white leather sofa and matching armchairs, an elegant solid wood coffee table, a wide flatscreen TV mounted to the wall with cable and satellite channels and a USB port, a radio and an open fireplace. Plenty of firewood is provided. From the living room you go through to the dining space with an elegant stainless steel dining table and four chairs, separated from the white and glossy kitchen by a stylish breakfast bar. The fully-equipped kitchen has only the latest appliances, including a ceramic hob with a tube-shaped, stainless steel extractor fan, an electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and toaster. One of the two bedrooms has a double bed measuring 200 x 220cm, while the other has a double bed measuring 180 x 210cm. Both bedrooms have bedside tables with reading lamps and cupboards with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. You can admire the extensive view over the bay and sea from the beds. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional single bed. Of the two bathrooms, one has a spacious shower cubicle and one has a bath with a shower attachment. Both also have a wide washbasin with a wall mirror, and a toilet. A washing machine is available. A supplementary bed can be provided on request and the reliable wireless Internet connection in the apartment can be used free of charge.

Big glass sliding doors in the living room open directly onto the private sun terrace and the private 28m² pool, which is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. Right next to it, on the spacious sun deck with a panoramic sea view and lounge furniture, there is a grill area, inviting you to spend long evenings under a starry sky. The outdoor shower provides additional convenience. If you arrive by car then there are two secure parking spaces right in front of the house.
