The house is on the first floor of an industrial building into the historical center of Athens.

The loft is an open air space of 120 sq.m., it s fully renovated ,artistic decorated with one queen size bed, one double bed, one double sofa -bed and two single sofa - beds.

A short distance from the metro station "Monastiraki", located at the crossroads at the core of the commercial, cultural and artistic center of Athens which is the historical center of the city.

A new, modern, with industrial aesthetic specially designed specifications to accommodates up to 8 people.

The loft is an ideal venue for hosting small groups or families with ensuit bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, aims to offer you a great stay with many facilities and great art objects.

You may also use the roof terrace with a great view of Acropolis & Piraeus.

I aim to be immediately available for all guest questions and concerns as I am living in the same building at the 3 rd floor.

I provide also a complimentary tour of the area (about 15-20 min) to ensure you make the most of your stay.

Psirri area is across the historical center of Athens, next to Plaka and Monastiraki areas.

It is in the middle of all Athens historical sights, in an area which is full of nice restaurants, coffee shops, bars, theaters and art gallerries.

Everything that someone has to see are in walking distance.

Located in artistic area ,the streets is full of interesting and beutiful graffities around,street art galleries,fashion workshops & galleries.

Artistic residential neighborhood with local tavernas,bars,patisseries ,live music and many local places to feel the real life of Athenians.

The airport metro (blue line) is direct access to Monastiraki metro station which is 300 metres to my flat .

ALL THE MAIN SIGHTS ARE IN WALKING DISTANCE :-)

It is easily reached from Athens International airport by metro (Blue Line - Monastiraki station - 300m). It is among the two metro stops Monastiraki and Thission

Within walking distance and / or accessible with the Metro are all archeological sites: Acropolis, Ancient Agora, Marble Stadium, Athens National Gardens, Theater of the Herodeon, Conference facilities at major hotels nearby, the Peace and Friendship stadium, National Archeological Museum, Benaki Museum, Museum of Cycladic Art, Folk Art Museum, Children s Museum, Mt Lykavittos.

Psirri is a very interesting neighborhood full with theaters,galleries,bars and restaurants!Actually is the place of Athens nightlife.This place living from 10 pm until early in the morning!

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send ELIAS (the owner) a message.

If ELIAS (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
