The homely comfortable apartment is lovingly furnished and offer a charming atmosphere with modern comfort. The apartment has 2 flatscreen/cable-TV, free wireless Internet access, 2 extra bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen. The sunny front garden invites you for breakfast in the morning at a barbecue in the evening. He stands alone for our guests and offers a magnificent view over the surrounding mountains. In the living room that offers plenty of storage space, there is a modern kitchen area with 4 ceran hob, dish washer, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, radio-CD player, flatscreen/cable TV. The cozy sofa and a Tyrolean-style seating area to ensure that you feel comfortable around. In addition to the romantic double bedroom you have a 'cuddle room' available. As a full bedroom for two people or as a relaxation room with Kuschlesofa, extra flatscreen-sat-TV, and wireless connection to relax and unwind.Sunny location in the heart of the ski & wandering resort, 2 min to the ski area

If you choose our apartment you choose a sunny place with a beautiful garden with perfect views all around the mountains and to the village. Our historic vacation house in the original Tyrolean farmhouse style is quietly located (dead end street). The location offers a beautiful view of the Stubaier Alps from a sunny bench by the house. During the summer, you can start directly in front of the house and go into the mountains without needing to use a car. The apartments are furnished with love and offer exciting atmosphere with modern comforts. During the winter, the ski regions in Stubaital Valley can be reached in a few minutes. The ski resort Schlick 2000 can be reached in only 2 minutes. The new leisure center Stubay, with its giant toboggans, indoor- and outdoorpools, whirlpool, wellness area with diff. saunas and restaurants is reachable in 4 min. by feet, the city center and the ski-bus stop can all be reached within minutes by feet.

Why can't I call Carole (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Carole (the owner) a message.

If Carole (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
