Ocean Oasis is a large private estate poised above the Blue Pacific. Enjoy 1.5 acres of serenity at the sea! A short stroll (5 minutes) from the property will bring you to the famous & secluded Quizales golden sand beach. A clearly marked path from another point on the property will deliver you to the beautifully secluded lava tide pools.

This residence is one of the finest quality family vacation homes in the area. Three structures provide privacy for family and guests with over 5,000 square feet undercover, making it ideal for multi-generational groups of up to 17. There is a total of 6 bedrooms, 5 full baths, and 2 half baths. This landmark home was built to exacting standards.

Enjoy manicured botanical gardens, a large private pool, and plenty of room for everyone throughout the property. Located in Tango Mar Resort, at the end of a white-rocked road, there is very little traffic, yet you are minutes from surf, sand, and all types of activities. The property adjoins a private 9-hole golf course and seasonal lake.

Your host will provide keys and orientation of the property. Tour and activities can be arranged with the host. ATV, fishing, kayak, horseback riding, golf, zip line, snorkelling, whale watching, farm tours available. Daily groundsmen will be on-site at Ocean Oasis. Maid service twice a week. Extra housekeeping, cooks, and babysitting can be arranged on sight. Guest REVIEW: The place was amazing. My family and I were in love with the place from the moment we got there. Such great hospitality. Javier was a wonderful resource for us to utilize in booking trips and learning what to do locally. The space that was provided for the money we spent was much appreciated. Why can't I call Liza (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Liza (the owner) a message.

If Liza (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
