Beautiful North Lake Tahoe vacation home with panoramic lake views, perfect for those looking to bring the outdoors in. Situated on over 1/2 acre of land, this home is surrounded by gorgeous National Forest.

This sun-drenched property features multiple living areas, many with expansive lake views. The spacious kitchen and dining room are perfect for entertaining. With brand new counter tops, appliances, and a six burner gas range, the chef in your group is bound to be impressed. Adjacent to the kitchen are two living areas, each with a fireplace, large wall mounted flat screen television, and comfortable seating.

The four bedrooms are located downstairs, all but one with views of Lake Tahoe. The Primary Suite is especially impressive, with a gas fireplace and floor to ceiling windows looking out at the lake. Also on this floor, a spacious game room with foosball, pool, and a large flat screen television is the perfect place for the kids. Two sofa sleepers provide additional options for those who may prefer their own space.

ABOUT THE AREA

Located at the northern tip of Lake Tahoe, just west of the Nevada State border, is Kings Beach. Known for its outstanding public beach, kick back attitude, and easy access to mountain resorts, Kings Beach is a spot travelers return to year after year. The North Tahoe Event Center often plays host to festivals, concerts, and community events, and downtown Kings Beach boasts shopping and dining options open year round.

Kings Beach State Recreation Area is the flagship beach site in the North Tahoe area. With a lake front stretch of 1,700 feet, it is the largest public access sandy beach on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe. Its south facing aspect and a lake floor that gradually deepens makes this one of the warmest swimming areas on the Lake. A beautiful playground area overlooks the water and barbecue and picnic areas are available. The beach is adjacent to shops, restaurants and the North Tahoe Event Center.

In the winter, you are just ten minutes from Northstar California. There, enjoy access to almost 100 trails and over 3,000 skiable acres, impeccable grooming, incredible tree skiing and enough variety to challenge every level of skier. Take advantage of world class terrain parks, cross country skiing, a youth Adventure Park, and a 9000 square foot ice rink surrounded by fire pits and a rink side bar.

2. Parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.

3. Walk in closet in Primary Bedroom is not available to guests.

4. While this home is no longer pet-friendly, the owners do have dogs, so those with allergies/sensitivity should take notice.

5. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.

6. The lot next door is currently under construction. Noise and nuisance is likely in the coming months.
