House "Even" - ideal for families and friends in a private atmoshpere!

House Even was completely renovated in 2013 - received 4 "Edelweiß" - the highest quality description!

Following apartments can be rented for one or more weeks:

o Holiday home „Erholung“: 5 bedrooms containing a total of 7 beds, 2 new bathrooms, living room and an eat-in kitchen (€ 1.300,00 per week plus € 200,00 final cleaning).

On request you can also book the smaller apartment with 4 beds on the ground floor at the backside of house EVEN:

o Holiday home „Freude“: 2 bedrooms, including 1 living room with 2 beds (bunk bed), 1 eat-in kitchen and 1 completely new, ample and barrier-free bathroom - total of 4 beds (€ 800,00 per week plus € 100,00 final cleaning).

The house is lovingly decorated with old country furniture and many valuable paintings and furnishings in order to create a cozy, relaxing and unforgettable atmosphere (e.g, beds, chests, old cabinets, grandfather clocks, ceramics, pictures, old embroidered handmade tablecloths, pillows ...).

The house is located directly at the mountain river "Schwarzach".

The valley of Defereggen in the East Tyrol is a beautiful winter ski area!

The ski-lifts of St. Jakob are only 12 minutes away (ski-bus jus 1 min. away), a cross-country ski run is just behind the house!

Wonderful summer recreation area with hiking, rafting and mountain climbing in summer!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Christine (the owner) a message.

If Christine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
