The property has been carefully restored over recent years, ensuring that many of the original features such as exposed and dressed stonework have been retained. The main living area, on the first floor, has a dining area, some lounge seating and kitchen. There is a bedroom on this floor and a further two bedrooms on the second floor.

The main accommodation is delightful and comfortable for 6 people and comprises of a fully fitted kitchen with a dining table, sitting area and an adjoining 'souillard' with a vaulted ceiling and 'evier' reached through a stone archway. There is a small balcony where some of you may wish to take the morning sun with your breakfast. There is a TV for use with a video player with a selection of videos, plenty of books and a CD player. There are also some indoor games.

There is an open staircase to the second floor which has a large area with twin beds which, being 7m x 4m, doubles as an upstairs play area for children if required. From here there is a shower room, toilet and wash hand basin, leading through to another good sized double bedroom.

“Lovely old stone house in the most peaceful part of France”

Reviewed 29 Aug 2013

Quiet, rustic, house in the heart of the countryside. Great pool area and lovely setting on a farm in the heart of the midi-pyrenees and close to pretty, mediaeval villages.. We had a fabulous time!!

Thank you for taking the time to review La Salesse, we are delighted you enjoyed your stay and would love to welcome you back.
