"A beautiful old house (the highest house in Tarn) with spectacular views and the right degree of isolation."

Our 6th stay at Mille Founs and possibly the best yet (all so good it's hard to judge). Tranquility epitomised!! Improvements to the house this year are excellent - WiFi so essential nowadays; new satellite TV with access to BBC/ITV and good stock of DVD's - sad but comforting for cooler evenings. All pretty perfect for "here's to the next time"!

"Very, quiet. Fantastic views."

Spent one week at Mille Founs. Very off the beaten track, high up with far reaching views. Pool is good, loads of DVD's and games etc, very spacious for the four of us. Perfect for out-of-the-way France.

Thank you for taking the time to review Mille Founs. As you say,it certainly is the place to get away from it all, but just 5 mins drive to the nearest village. We would love to welcome you again to this unspoiled area of France.

"If you want seclusion....................."

My Wife and I spent two weeks at Mille Founs in September 2011 and having never visited the area previously were somewhat apprehensive about the property we had booked. We were not however in any way disappointed. The property has been converted to a very high standard and sits in its own grounds with fantastic views towards verfeil We had total privacy and seclusion. We would certainly recommend it if your looking for the getaway holiday although avoid the Autumn if your looking for things to do locally as we found very few places open and even the restaurants were not reliable.

Thank you so much for taking the time to respond as it does help people get an idea of the property. September is certainly quieter, but often the weather is still warm and lovely. Very glad you had a good time.
