If you are looking for something outstanding - this is it! Calming environment to stay after long day trips in Town or Dalmatia overall! And so close to all of it! All the popular beaches in City area are 10-15 minutes away, easy walking distance. The apt is very centrally located to all of the city attractions (Promenade Riva, Diocletian's Palace, Theater) but also to the, Spaladium Arena /music and sport's events hall/, Stadium Poljud /Ultra Festival event/, Poljud Beauty Pools and Vanilla night club, Central Club, Fabrique Pub, Marjan Hill Forest, restaurants, Konoba places, business facilities. In fact, it is placed in a middle of the main street which leads you straight down/south/ to the Old Center, and vice versa, up /north/ to the Stadium Poljud. Due to this location, you won't find yourself asking which way should I go, as it is very easy to find, come and go, anywhere! This spacious apartment is on the second floor of the 100 years old Downtown stone made building, next to the beautiful central City Park Emanuel Vidović, which means it's at TOP LOCATION in Town. It takes only few minutes (150 meters walking distance) to get to the City center's main Cancar's square by National Theater, as starting point for exploring all of the city historical attractions! If you have ever been in Split, you know what this means! Or, to go to the most popular Beaches in Town, as Bacvice Beach, Marjan Hill shadowed beaches, Joe's Bar on Kasjuni Beach! Still, this outstanding location makes it possible for You to use free parking places in front of the building, and explore the rest of the Dalmatia with less effort. Also, you'll love my space due to it's high ceilings, design, privacy and safety. Specially, bedrooms are non attached to each other which makes House DelMarco excellent choice for couples of friends, keeping your max privacy! Place is fully equipped, such as 4 flat TVs, 4 ACs (each bedroom plus living). Nearby is several shops, bars, bakeries (there is one in the ground floor of the building) open markets, fish market, shops, restaurants etc. In fact, EVERYTHING IS NEARBY. Best choice for longer stay for families with kids, more couples, groups, and business combine pleasure trips, as "home away from home" due to the quantity of the amenities provided.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jelena (the owner) a message.

If Jelena (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
