The Space

Completely equipped apartment is perfect for couples, family with children or friends. We will be glad to accommodate you! Apartment is very bright, spacious and sunny and has large windows with amazing view of the whole city, sea and surrounding islands. Although this apartment is close to the city center this neighborhood is very quiet in the evening so guests can sleep well:).

The apartment consists of a kitchen with dining room, large bathroom with a shower, large bedroom and large living room which easily can become a sleeping room in case that more than 2 guests make a reservation for this place.This apartment is very spacious and can easily hold 5 persons.

Facilities are:

- kitchen with fridge,dishwasher, oven, microwave,water kettle, cutlery and cooking utensils...

- large bathroom with shower, washing machine, hairdryer and other

- sleeping room with a king size bed 180x190, large closet, dresser and large mirrror

- living room with a sofa bed 160x190 and sofa bed 90x200, shabby chic furniture...

Guest Access

FREE PARKING place is available just in front of the building, children playground also. Fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils (cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, dishes, pans plates...),free air conditioning in all bedrooms, free wireless internet (WiFi),TV, radio, towels, bed linen...

Final cleaning and all taxes are included in the price.

The Neighborhood

This apartment is close to the city center so you can see all important sights in Split by walking everywhere. It is very close to the old town, famous Diocletian palace and ferry port and on the other side is very close to the Marjan forest park, where you can hire bikes, or swim on famous Marjan beaches.

A car is not needed if you are staying in this apartment, because you are in center of the town after 10 minutes of walking, in the beautiful Roman palace!

Restaurants, bars, night clubs, green market, bakeries, post office, pharmacy and other shops are also all nearby.

Other Things to Note

The brochures about city experiences are in apartment together with city map and brochures with address of museums, rent-a-car and other things that can be interested for you. This beautiful city and surrounding area has so many places of interest!

There is no any special house rules. Just turn off all lights and air conditioner when you leave apartment! Behave like at home and enjoy!:)

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Danijela (the owner) a message.

If Danijela (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
