Ideal for a family or a group of friends looking for a spacious accommodation. This 75m2 two bedroom balcony apartment is situated on the first floor of a residential building with an elevator.

Travellers who want to avoid the hustle and bustle of the city centre will appreciate a less crowded area. Still, you will be close enough to main sights such as Diocletian's palace and Riva promenade as well as the city centre which is reachable in a 10 minute walk.

Free parking on premises also makes this location convenient for car travellers. No smoking and no pets allowed.

The larger bedroom offers a double bed while the smaller one is equipped with two single beds. The rest of the place consists of a living room (sofas, dining table, ceiling fan...), kitchen (fridge, microwave, stove...), one full bathroom (tub shower, toilet, sink, bidet) with a washing machine, another half bathroom (toilet, sink) and a comfortable balcony (14m2) where you can enjoy your meals.

Local bus No.17 stop is near the building but overall public transportation is not needed as main sights and places of interest are within walking distance. The nearest supermarkets, caffe bars and a few places to eat are all within 300 metres as well as popular nightlife spots Mandrach Bar and Vanilla Club.

Park Mladezi (Ultra festival venue) is few steps away while Poljud stadium is just across the road. Nearby the stadium you can also find the Franciscan monastery and church of St. Anthony.

Split's archaeological museum, the oldest museum in Croatia, is only 500 metres away on the south side. A 15 minute walk to the east side will take you to the shopping centre Joker.

The main entrance of the Marjan Forest Park is 20 minutes away. A haven for nature lovers and also a great place for outdoor activities. Beachgoers would definitely enjoy many little hidden beaches that surround the park.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Josip (the owner) a message.

If Josip (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
