Cozy apartment in a great location with a terrace overlooking the Old Town with the belltower of St. Domnius' Cathedral; A/C and WiFi!

The apartment is very conveniently located in the old part of Split called Veli Varoš, a quiet neighbourhood with traditonal Dalmatian stone houses, close to all sights as well as the Marjan hill but away from the noisy centre.

The apartment is in the attic of a traditional Dalmatian house only a 10-minute-walk from the Diocletian's palace and the Riva promenade. It takes you only 15min to get to the nearest beach.

If you feel like jogging, cycling or just going for a walk with a stop for a swim the nearby forest park Marjan is there for you.

Bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants, fishmarket, green market, post office, pharmacy and other shops are all within an easy walking distance.

There's a public parking lot 50m from the apartment, but you can park your car in nearby streets for free.

The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay: a fully equipped kitchen (cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle), air conditioning, WiFi, flat-screen TV, radio-CD player, iron.

The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm), another (living) room with a sofa bed (160x200cm), kitchen with a dining area, bathroom with a toilet and shower and the terrace, highlight of the apartment, inviting you to relax with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine enjoying the view of the Old Town.

We have just renovated the place. There is a completely new bathroom, new ceiling in all the rooms, another AC unit in the actual bedroom and some other updates to improve the quality of your stay. We are waiting for the official photographer to take pictures. However I have uploaded mine.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ante (the owner) a message.

If Ante (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
